It is about myanmar people and he want them to be abundant , and they get what they want.

Actually, many myanmar people are poor, although some are rich.
The composer wants myanmar people become rich. So, he said they will get what they want. In this song, he talk about an example a boy is obsessing with his girlfriend, he will get her soon. Like this example, people should use their will power, manifest they things they want. If they obsessed and foucused mòre about what they want. They will get the things they want soon.
