no... I think he only left because he will have a higher position of power over others. If not offered, he would still be centralizing those chains still. WTO is all about centralization. He will build back the wealth he may have lost through theae means 100x more now. He is seeing this as a win. These weak tyrants all they want is power over others for that same reason. They are weak.
