The moments I sacrificed my sleep for him I know the value of a mother. Another day with my nephew 

Today was actually a different case entirely. My nephew just makes me believe that children can have so many and any kinds of attitudes.

It's another day that my sister needs to drop off my nephew for me; you know, it's only the two of us most of the time. But this time around, he shocked me. Well, my sister did not go to work today, but then she took my niece to write mock examinations.

What are mock exams? These are the exams we write before the common entrance exam for promotion to secondary school. Since my niece will be going to secondary school soon and my sister happens to be her teacher, she needs to be there with her until she's done.

Alright, she dropped my nephew off for me. I take care of him, and since I already know what he always wants, I prepare breakfast for him to eat. So he did well to eat well. After that, I put on the cartoon as usual so he can watch some cartoons, and I will also blog and see what I can do online.

But believe me sincerely, the reverse was the case. He didn't allow me to work at all. He just wanted to have some fun with me. Meanwhile, I'm not even in the mood to have any fun at the moment. He disturbed me to the extent that he also threw away my laptop.
At that point, I just need to take off my laptop and play with him. After a few minutes of playing, I realized he needed to visit the restroom. I did well to also use that moment to bathe in the restroom, after which he was done. After bathing him, I only put on a trouser for him because it's hot.

He continues watching the cartoons; you can literally see his face and how happy he was when watching the cartoons. At this point, I'm tired, and I need to sleep. I need to sleep because I did not get enough rest yesterday. My eyes were so heavy, but I couldn't even sleep.

He started crying at some point, and I know that whenever he started carrying like that, it actually meant he needed to go to sleep. I placed him on my chest as usual because he wouldn't just sleep without you petting him. And this is someone who loves to sleep on the floor. Even if you put him on the bed or chair, he will still find his way to the ground.
I prepared everything he needed to go to sleep. But believe me, this boy refused to sleep. I did everything in my power just for him to sleep, but he did not. I was actually sleepy, too. My eyes are so heavy.

But the more I tried, the more all my plans failed. He just keeps crying. Well, since I don't know what to do again, I started dancing as usual before he kept silent.

I need to find a way to let go of my own sleep to satisfy him today. I must say that women are truly trying. At some point, I was looking like a dumbass because my eyes were so heavy and he kept playing with me. This boy did not sleep till the time that her mom came back, and that was the time that I had time to have a good sleep.
