NEWBIES INITIATIVE TEAM THREE LEADER TASK 2 REPORT [TEAM 3]

I want to need to commend the effort of everyone that participated in the second task it's not that easy I must say, I have been there too and I know what it is, for the fact that seven people participated it's means they are winner already for taking their precious time to carry out the task.

Furthermore I want to appreciate the efforts some people put in this task as I was so happy reading their post @cleevesh I love the fact that he carried out the task in a way that both Spanish people will also understand he too his time to write both in Spanish and English language meanwhile his tutorial on Canva explanation is top-notch, i must say kudus to you brother. More so @yahuzah I love in love with your explanations on markdowns and Canva tutorial you really did well. @abu78 I have never expect least from you I appreciate your hard work and how you explain everything , @ylaffittep I must say I really appreciate you for trying your best even though you have to go through some stress to translate to Spanish yet you are still doing very well kudos to you. @saydie I'm always expecting the best from you and you never ceased to amaze me, please keep doing your best and good luck. In short everyone tried their best In the task and I know that the rest will do better as time goes on.

In my first review I told everyone to always be present in the meeting but I realized that the same thing still repeat itself the last meeting we held few people only show up and the fact is that the few people that show up in the meeting keep doing better everytime I their task. I will plead to each and everyone to always note the meeting date and time so because you have alot to learn and no man is highland of knowledge.

Also I realized that some people doesn't really post regularly and I keep telling us the benefits of posting a quality post even if it's not all the time but be active. This will make you go far in the Blockchain.

Here is my second report of team three, in case there is something I refused to ask or remove please do well to let me know. My appreciation goes to my amiable fellow team leaders @depressedfuckup and @justfavour neither will I forget @hopestylist @vickoly and @nkemakonam89 for being the best of all the time. Lastly my appreciation goes to the newbies initiative founder and sponsors @starstrings01 @theycallmedan @aliento for their time and their efforts they put in this program.
