Hello friends welcome to my blog i wish each and every the best. Today i will be talking about customer service.

Customer is always right that is what we all believe in even if they are wrong we say leave them because customer is always right. But is customer always right? Well this is my story!

On a very good day when I'm at work in one good afternoon like that there was this man that came in well he looks so innocent and gentle in face not knowing it is other way around he came in and he said he needed to buy a power bank and also repair his phone screen as the phone is not working well so we talk and we agreed to price then i gave him the power bank he wants to buy he said he doesn't like blue color and luckily for him i have other colors on ground so i gave it to him.

After that i repair his phone by replacing a new screen for him to use after he has pay half of the money for repair, after so many hours he came back for the phone 📱 and fortunately for me i am done with the phone so i handed it over to him to text. Well he texted the phone very well and said the phone is ok and working to his satisfaction then gave me my balance, so we did shake 🤝 hands knowingly i have make a good customer that day the man left.

After two days the man came back to my shop and saying the phone is faulty again well as an engineer i ask him what happened and he said his kids throw the phone the a tied ground and then the screen got damaged again i told him that was a pity and replied to him that he will have to re change the screen again and pay another money. But he said no that he can't pay any dime just because he repaired the phone from me two days ago that is there must still be a warranty on it 😂 lols, honestly it's looks like a joke to me then i ask him again how exactly do you want me to pay for what your children damage but he said if i have done it well it won't have got damage to that extent 😂 not knowing for him that even if it's a new phone it will still be damage not to talk of the one they have repaired.

That was another joke right? It wasn't funny because how on earth will i tell the people i bought the screen from that i needed warranty, fortunately people were around and they explain to this man that he's at fault he needs to replace his screen himself without me paying dime but this man refused and he ask me to do the phone for him for free, hahaha is this a joke i said.

At a point to avoid embarrassment i told him i will pay half of the money of the screen and he should bring the remaining half that i will repair the screen again but believe me this man still stood on the foot of his balls that he's going to repair the phone without paying any dime and this is where i got frustrated 🥴 so frustrated because I'm not also financially bouyant.

To cut the long story shot another man came in to rescue me from this embarrassment by paying for the phone screen again because this man is ready to take all my customers away and damage my image which i do not want and since i have alot to loose and my reputation is at stake i just have to be calm and repair the phone again.

After i repair the phone i gave it to the owner and just tell him not to come to my shop again because of how pained I'm but to my surprised the man came with his wife and apologize for the embarrassment they have cause i guess the wife understood what actually happened and then the wife paid half of the money that i use to repair the phone. I just have to over look it because honestly i was really pained but life goes on.

I appreciate the second man that payed for the money and it's ends there this is my little story about customer is not always right.

I think there are some women who understand a situation more than some men out there. Like, what the heck was that? His children spoilt the screen and he needed a warranty. Where do they do that one? Some customers are just so funny because if I were you, I would just be smiling all through knowing such a thing is impossible. Even if I have the money, I won´t do it for him. Thank his stars that someone came to rescue him and the wife also resolved the matter in the best way. That was nonsense to me.

Honestly at first it looks like a joke to me because how can someone think i should pay for a damage of what his children cause haha what the heck. But i just have to be silent because honestly I'm so shot of words and then the wife understood what the husband has done that is why he came around to tender and apology. Thank God for the man that rescue me i won't have known what to do that very good day.

Honestly my brother they knows exactly what they are doing but they love frustration, i just want to be quiet because of my reputations that is why I'm just looking at him and God so good someone came in for a rescue.

That scene was so crazy 😅 i must tell you I've seen alot of scene when it's comes to customers issues someone just needs to be patient all the time because fighting customers makes one reputations go low , who do you want to explain for that you are absolutely right hehehe 😂
