An accident is no man's joke.

Every day in life is just like a death day. This is one of the reasons I take everything simple and with levity. I live every day like the last day on earth. Because honestly, one day will definitely be the last day on earth. I know people don't really like to talk about death because it's so scary and it looks like you are cursing them, especially when you tell people to live every day like it's their last day.

When I see people who take life so hard, I just smile because I've seen someone in a minute and been told they are no more. When you have seen a lot of strange deaths, you will know that life is actually nothing. When I see people get into accidents, I get scared a lot. Because, honestly, I've seen a lot of accidents. Apart from death, accidents can cripple you for life, and you might find it very difficult to balance again.
I get scared a lot when it's an accident; in fact, I do not like it at all. I'm sure no one likes to engage in any kind of accident. I could remember having two accidents back in the university days, and neither of the two was good at all. In fact, the second accident is nowhere to be found because it takes months for me to heal.

One of the first accidents I had was when I was doing my teaching practice at a school like that. I was going to where I will teach on this very good day, and while going, I boarded a tricycle. There's this young guy who crosses the road with another person. Unknowingly, this guy forgets he's on the highway because he's working majestically.

The tricycle I boarded saw it and slowed down, not knowing that the guy was not crossing but going back in half-way. The guy stopped halfway and turned his back to us. This guy doesn't even remember he's on the highway. The tricycle couldn't control himself again. Then hits the guy; just because he doesn't want to kill the guy, he risks our lives and climbs the bump beside the roads, then the tricycle somersaulted. It was just like magic; we all followed the tricycle to somersaulted. And then I was injured. My mind was so high. But then, thank goodness, no car was coming behind us on this day. It will be another story entirely.

As if that wasn't enough, I went to do home delivery on this day for one of my customers who ordered goods from me. Due to the fact that I needed money, I needed to go and deliver the goods at night. So I took a tricycle when going, and when I was coming back, I took a bike because it was so dark and it's already night.

While coming back home, my bike was on high speed, and there's this other bike that wanted to cross from another route. My bike wasn't really at fault, though it was at fault because of the speed. Both of them don't look well, and then they hit each other. This accident really hits so hard because my body hits the ground on the highway. I was injured on my right shoulder. I got injured in my right pelvic region, and I also got injured in my right leg. My ankle hurts so bad.
I wasn't the only one that got injured, but it was terrible. It took me months before I healed from the pain. At this moment, the scars of the accident are still on my body, although they're not too obvious. I never pray for anyone to get into accidents.

The experience only taught me to keep life simple; we just have to pray all the time because no one wants to die young. But believe me, even those who died didn't pray to die at that time. It is better to keep everything simple and be careful in whatever we are doing in life.
