Did you forget to take gain from a trading crypto
Hello Hive
Having a crypto profit and loss portfolio is a good way to help us stay abreast of how much we have and to determine if we are making a headway or not.
Taking loss is not always easy for every trader but sometimes when there is an abject collapse of a token and we see that there might not be a recovery pattern the best decision at the time is for us to take the loss and come out of such trade, you just can't know it all in crypto.
But could it be also true that sometimes when the odd is in our favour, we also forget to take the gain again?
I never knew this was possible until I experience it.watching a layer two token pumped a million times and value rose from zero to a hundred dollars.
It looked so exciting to see the token at such price and I was waiting to see the utmost end of it and where this value will stop.
After some 3 days it held a constant price of $100, which I continued watching and forgot about it, hoping that this will be the new price level for such token and that it is never going back to its zero value.
I wasn't willing to dump hoping I will extract more.
Suddenly I decided to check after 5days and realized that a token worth $100 went straight back to zero value again...
I was pained because I could have at least sold a portion of it even if I didn't want to throw it all off.
This is one of the experiences with many traders and everyone has their reasons why they just forgot to take gain from a crypto trade.

That's crypto for you. You wanted more forgetting that you could lose all. Next time, I believe you will make a better decision.
Lesson learnt🙂
Yes dear... I have learnt that one...
