RE: Austrian gov wants to further restrict gun laws, forbid carrying knives in public spaces. Attack on civil liberties, right to self-defense?

A knife can be used by anyone, but it is difficult to understand whose knife it is. But whenever a gun is licensed it may be possible to trace its user if it is misused.
