Olá treinadores, sejam bem-vindos novamente!

Estamos aqui mais uma semana para o desafio semanal Rabona, gostaria de começar falando sobre o programa de curadoria que é uma nova função que vamos encontrar ao entrar no jogo . Essa é uma excelente iniciativa que facilita a integração de novas contas na trilha de curadoria deixando tudo mais simples até mesmo para aqueles que não estão familiarizados com algumas funções e ferramentas dentro da nossa querida HIVE.

Os criadores de conteúdos são uma ótima fonte de informação e divulgação para um jogo e ver que a equipe está dando a devida atenção para isso e recompensar essa base de apoio é bacana. Incentivar novas pessoas a entrar na trilha é uma forma muito boa de fazer que esse conteúdos ganhem recompensas cada vez mais relevantes. Fico muito feliz em ver que esse projeto está progredindo em todos os sentidos!

Nosso desafio para essa semana é trazer um pouco sobre nossos defensores e para mim um bom time começa da defesa. A dinâmica do meio campo e possibilidade de ver grandes pinturas proporcionados pelo ataque é mágico e muito cobiçado em uma partida, mas ver uma defesa competente e robusta sempre será satisfatório.

Eu sou brasileiro e sou apaixonado pelo futebol que meu país representa e nosso estilo de jogo sempre encantou o mundo todo pelos dribles de grandes jogadores, mas se falando de defesa eu nunca vou me esquecer da grande Itália em meados de 2006 e sua defesa memorável.

Meu time neste momento não passa por uma fase muito boa e estamos subindo para a Liga 2 na mesma proporção que estamos voltando para a Liga 3. Mas tudo bem, essa oscilação era prevista para meu gerenciamento e por hora não estamos com grandes pretensões visando melhorar e estruturar a parte financeira e ser algo sustentável para o futuro. Não vou entrar em detalhes sobre isso pois já detalhamos essa parte em outros posts.

Minha defesa é formada por jogadores da base que ainda estão em processo de evolução, mas já são jogadores razoáveis para desempenhar bons jogos e trazer resultados para o clube.

Nesse momento eu conto com apenas 5 jogadores em minha defesa e a soma de seus salários é apenas 2k de RBN.

Esse é um jovem promissor que apesar de ter apenas 62 de OS, possui 81 de DEF e esse atributo é algo que deve ser considerado para um defensor obviamente. Seu HB não é bom mas pelo menos está acima da média, é algo que podemos melhorar no decorer de alguns treinamentos.

Age: 19 years old
Nationality: Nigeria
Position: Defender
Salary: 400 RBN (per match)

Auwal Ojo e seu nome peculiar é outro defensor com 81 de DEF em meu time que também possui 62 de OS e 56 de HB. Um dos meus principais defensores e conto com ele para quase todas as partidas disputadas.

Está no meu planejamento para as próximas temporadas tentar alguns Scouts melhores e assim performar mais durante o campeonato. Nosso clube está na segunda colocação nesse momento e está sendo difícil conquistar a liderança.

Um bom time deve começar pela defesa, ao entender que essa é uma boa forma de fazer um time vencedor boas coisas acontecem!

Hello Trainers, welcome back!

We are here for another week for the weekly challenge Rabona, I would like to start by talking about the curation program which is a new function that we will find when we enter the game. This is an excellent initiative that facilitates the integration of new accounts in the curation trail, making everything simpler even for those who are not familiar with some of the functions and tools within our beloved HIVE.

Content creators are a great source of information and outreach for a game and to see that the team is paying due attention to this and rewarding this base of support is very nice. Encouraging new people to get on the trail is a very good way to make this content earn more and more relevant rewards. I am very happy to see that this project is progressing in every way!

Our challenge for this week is to bring a little bit about our defenders and for me a good team starts from the defense. The midfield dynamics and the possibility of seeing great paintings provided by the attack is magical and very coveted in a match, but seeing a competent and robust defense will always be satisfying.

I'm Brazilian and I'm passionate about the football that my country represents and our style of play has always enchanted the whole world for the dribbles of great players, but speaking of defense I will never forget the great Italy in mid-2006 and its memorable defense.

My team is currently not going through a very good phase and we are moving up to League 2 at the same rate as we are returning to League 3. But that's ok, this oscillation was foreseen for my management and for now we don't have great intentions to improve and structure the financial part and be something sustainable for the future. I won't go into details about this as we have already detailed this part in other posts.

My defense is made up of players from the base who are still in the process of evolution, but they are already reasonable players to play good games and bring results to the club.

Right now I have only 5 players in my defense and the sum of their salaries is just 2k of RBN.
