Waterfalls Photography in Tsushima

Greetings! It feels really good to be able to post something in Gaming Photography. I had missed a lot of days and progress, but I hope our internet service will be fine now. This post serves as my submission for this week's contest. This week contest's theme is "Waterfall', so as usual, I will be playing and screenshotting my favourite game, Ghost of Tsushima.

There are many waterfall sites in Tsushima. During my adventures in there, I came across a few of them. So, I had to search for the waterfall all over again, but I think I didn't find it all. The first waterfall shown in the picture is located in the Black Sand Ilet area, which is north of Takuzadama Cemetery.

The Komatsu Haiku can also be found here, a place where you can make your poem and get a headband as a reward. You can see a few candles were lit in the haiku area to give off a really calm and bright vibe during the poem-writing process.

The next waterfall site is located west of the Winding Trail. It's really challenging to find the waterfall because it doesn't have a special mark on the map. So you had to memorize the location of the waterfall that you encountered if you planned to go back later.

There's a group of enemies patrolling not far from the waterfall, so I lure them all but only one giant follows me until I reach the waterfall. I eliminated the enemy that I successfully lured and took pictures, so the waterfall would be our witness to wild behaviour. lol

I remembered that there's two waterfalls in the Komatsu Forge village. So I travel to the village and search for the waterfalls. They were not bad, despite their height, which was not that high, the view was fascinating!

The second waterfall was located in the backyard of the main forge building in the village. The river's colour was brown; that might be caused by the active ironsmithing job done by the blacksmith.

There's a small waterfall in Shigenori's rest. Although the height and size of the waterfall were considered small, the view of the graveyard's garden is really stunning!

I found another waterfall in the World Cub Fall area. There's haiku there, so sometimes the marked location of haiku on the map can be a good sign of the location of the waterfall, but it's not necessary that way.

You can find this waterfall east of Rushing Water Crossing. If you didn't explore the area, you would not have discovered this beautiful view of waterfalls. Like I said earlier, there's no marked sign on the map. So, you need to discover it yourself.

Travelling west of Siblings Rock, you'll find another stunning view of waterfalls. The stones and the tree that grow in the middle are really well decorated to make the view of the waterfall stunning.

I was standing at the highest point on Ariake Lighthouse to capture this amazing golden view of waterfalls and the golden forest not far from it.

The most beautiful waterfall I saw at the beginning of the game is located in Hiyoshi Spring. Just look at the view. The waterfall comes from a really high place to make the place alive. There are many small waterfalls around Hiyoshi Spring Inn, but this is my favourite one! You can see a man is cleaning himself halfnaked xD.

Meet the legendary storyteller, Gyozen. There's a really nice-looking waterfall where he sits and tells his tale. He sometime say, "No matter the reason, his spirit has been wandering around, searching for redemption."

And then there's this waterfall, for which stairs were built at the corner, making it easier to climb up while enjoying the view of the waterfall.

At the west of Izuhara Clearing, I found this chill and calm waterfall. The calmness of this place makes me want to go fishing and enjoy the calmness of the river.

While continuing my journey to the west to discover a new area, which is called Kukai's Falls, I stumbled upon another stunning waterfall view!

When I reached Kukai's Fall, a newly discovered area for me, I was stunned by its beauty! Waterfalls everywhere! There's a lot of water from higher places, and I can feel there's a powerful charm hidden inside this magnificent place. What an amazing discovery! It's totally worth the exploration. Yes!

After examining the place for a while, it looks like I need to climb to the top to reach the shrine at the highest peak of the waterfalls. So, I dropped twice while trying to climb to the top, and it almost ended my life. The climb was fun! I enjoy every jump, every climb, and every action while heading my way to the top!

After failing twice and dropping to the hard surface that almost ended my life, I finally reached the Spring Fall Shrine at its peak. The climb was worth it! I've been rewarded with a legendary defence charm, the Charm of Mizu-No-Kami. This charm of the kami of water grants me ability, so it will be easier for me to perform parries, perfect parries, and perfect dodges.

At first, I only wanted to explore and find waterfalls around the world of Tsushima for the contest; it never crossed my mind that I would discover the powerful charm of water as well! All thanks to the contest's theme, I had discovered a new area and new charm!

So that's all for today. If you've read this far, I really appreciate your attention. I hope you like what you see, just like I do. Tell me which waterfall photography you like the most. Thank you so much for your support. Until next adventure in Ghost of Tsushima! Have a nice day, goodbye!

Note : All photos were screenshots taken by me while playing Ghost of Tsushima game. My thumbnail picture was edited using PixeLab apps where I used my own face with full body samurai that was generated by ToonMe apps.

I also agree with your opinion because it is true that this contest awakened in me the interest for water areas and natural springs, no doubt your purpose was very well achieved with your photos, they give me peace of mind and also that climb you did, although you fell twice was worth it once you got to the top and appreciated the freshness of the waterfall in the distance.
