Rocket! and Hive Power Up Day - October/2023 [EN/PT-BR]

It's HPUD again!! Time flies!

I'm starting this post with an interesting picture I took earlier this month. I was going out one day early evening, and I saw this strange cloud just outside of my house. The cloud was lighted up! I don't know where the light was coming from, maybe still the sun as you can see it was right after sunset, but it was looking super bright in the sky that was already dark. Definitely catches anyones attention. This time I was not so surprised to see a cloud like this, as I've seen this once before, so I immediately started searching google for any rocket launches in my area.
On September 14th, at the Vandenberg Space Force Base in Santa Barbara, in an effort between the U.S. Space Force and Firefly Aerospace, there was the successful launch of a rocket that is part of a mission called Victus Nox. A few days after that, on September 19th, I completed 2 years on Hive!! That's right, it was my second "anniversary" on this blockchain. Wow! I have to say it again, time flies!!! I remember I was looking for blockchain games and found Splinterlands, now the rest is just history. You can check this history by looking at my feed, that is recorded forever in the blockchain. I'm still playing Splinterlands, but also playing DCrops, DCity and Rising Stars. I'm always looking for new apps or games here on Hive, and I also like to post every once in a while. My favorite topics are usually travel, photography and drones.

This month I will make another big power up. I usually like to keep some liquid hive on my account to use it in new projects I might find or for a short trade in case of a Hive pump. Since nothing has come up lately, and these Hive are just sitting there, I decided to power up part of it. I'm powering up 1150 Hive.

É HPUD de novo!!! O tempo voa!

Vou começar esta postagem com uma foto interessante que tirei no início deste mês. Eu estava saindo um dia, no início da noite, e vi uma nuvem estranha do lado de fora da minha casa. A nuvem estava toda iluminada! Não sei de onde a luz estava vindo, talvez ainda do sol, pois como você pode ver, era logo após o pôr do sol, mas ela parecia muito brilhante no céu que já estava escuro. Sem dúvida, chama a atenção de qualquer pessoa. Dessa vez, não fiquei tão surpreso ao ver uma nuvem como essa, pois já havia visto isso uma única vez, então comecei imediatamente a pesquisar no Google sobre lançamentos de foguetes na minha região.
Em 14 de setembro, na Base da Força Espacial de Vandenberg, em Santa Barbara, em um esforço entre a Força Espacial dos EUA e a Firefly Aerospace, houve o lançamento bem-sucedido de um foguete que faz parte de uma missão chamada Victus Nox. Poucos dias depois disso, em 19 de setembro, completei 2 anos na Hive! É isso mesmo, foi meu segundo "aniversário" nessa blockchain. Uau! Tenho que dizer novamente: o tempo voa!!! Lembro que estava procurando jogos de blockchain e encontrei Splinterlands, agora o resto é história. Você pode conferir essa história olhando meu feed, que está registrado para sempre no blockchain. Ainda estou jogando Splinterlands, mas também DCrops, DCity e Rising Stars. Estou sempre procurando novos aplicativos ou jogos aqui no Hive, e também gosto de postar de vez em quando. Meus tópicos favoritos geralmente são viagens, fotografia e drones.

Neste mês, farei outro grande aumento de HP. Normalmente, gosto de manter um pouco de Hive líquido na minha conta para usar em novos projetos que eu possa encontrar ou para um trade curto no caso de pump com Hive. Como não surgiu nada ultimamente e esse Hive esta parado na minha conta, decidi fazer um power up com parte desse Hive. Estou fazendo um power up de 1150 Hive.

With this power up I'm reaching 10700 HP, just a bit above the 10k mark. For me this is a big milestone, and I plan to keep on powering up every month.
