stone chipper is a medicinal plant of the Virut family, commonly known as stone chipper in our Bangladesh. The botanical name of this plant is Kalanchoe pinnata (lamk) pers short name or family Crassulaceae / Saxifragaceae also known by these names. Trees have always been a huge part of biodiversity. The contribution of trees to the open survival of animals is immense. Trees have always provided oxygen to life, from animals to humans. Trees always provide us shade and food. In the shade of trees we find peace even in intense heat. Trees fulfill the basic ecological perfection as part of our survival which is always a harbinger of nature's balance. Let us provide some information about the tree.

I read about this stonecrop tree in a book in 2009. Our school teacher who had good experience in plant science. He gave me a lecture to explain about stone chipper tree. Next day I memorized all the information in my book and learned about the benefits of the tree. Today I am very happy to get to know and understand better about stone chipper tree.

What is the common name and scientific name of that tree?

The botanical name of this plant is Kalanchoe pinnata (lamk) pers short name or family Crassulaceae - Saxifragaceae also known by these names. Binomial name Bryophyllum pinnatum, I am delighted and inspired to become familiar with this plant. Here are the family names along with the scientific names. We know the village is commonly known as stone chipper.

What properties or uses do these trees have? (if it bears fruit, if its flowers, seeds, leaves, bark or roots are medicinal or food, if it is logger, etc.)

I have heard from my ancestors that this stonecrop usually has medicinal properties. Moreover, the leaves of this stone-cut tree are being used for treatment. Admiring and valuing this tree is a very easy decision for me. You will be very happy to know. This tree is the creation of God after all. The inside of the leaves of this plant is so sticky that it grows from the leaves. This is the most pleasing and important feature of this plant. Because a tree from a leaf means the rapid creation of nature. That is exactly why I value this tree. That always makes it special for my family. We can eat the leaves by washing them with water directly in the morning. It does not have to combine anything.

When I pay attention to this plant, I see with my hands that the leaves are very heavy and juicy inside, as if they are full of calcium. This stonecrop plant is usually kept in our backyard. I love the beauty of leaves. The small leaves of the plant are of light purple color which looks very pleasant. We plant this stone-cut tree in the backyard, so we start watering the tree regularly and keep a close eye on it. Let's talk a little more about this tree. It plays a very important role as a medicinal plant. That's why I like to take care of plants for the health of the family and to solve various ailments of the family.
