Splinterlands My Now Favorite Card?

Would it come as a surprise for my die hard fans who follow me guess that my favorite card would be related to magic and be specifically in the water splinter. I would think not. Yet in the snapshot above my favorite monster in the formation may surprise some of my readers.

The card in focus is Musa Saline. One of the newest rewards cards in the game as its a Soul Bound card it can not currently be bought or traded. I only have a level one of such a card but it has been quite useful even at base level.

The powerful ability of Scavenger is presented here when the card is place near the end of the formation. As it can outlast opponents by collecting one health for every monsters on both sides of the field that gets knocked out. It certainly adds up when multiple monsters are removed from the playing field.

In the snapshot of the match I know there are other reward cards worth mentioning as my all time favorites. From Djinn Oshannus to Ruler of the Seas the reward cards are worth their weight in gold. In fact out of the entire formation of cards at play in that match it is only one card that is not rewards. The fiend! The rest are from rewards. Goes to show how important it is to be playing battle matches as much as possible to earn in game rewards.

In the match of focus it may seem both my opponent and myself are tied in type of monsters used. Yet it would come down to my favorite monsters that help out in getting me the win.

At the end of round one it is clear who was winning. With a six to two monsters I had total control of the match. With the luck that my Medusa and Lord of the Seas handling blows their returned attack were deadly. Then the interesting part here is that Musa Saline health that started at 3 turned into 7. It was clearly perfect to handle what is now the rear of my formation. The monster now had enough health to withstand almost any one big hit but of course that would not matter as majority of my monsters were ready for round two.

Finally my Fiend got knocked out in round two but in the end of the round it was five against one. An easy win as round 3 ended swiftly.

Here is another battle with the use of Musa Saline and how effective it was. Its scavenger ability allow it to survive just enough to make a difference in the match. Fortunately I came out with the win but think it mainly had to do with my opponent having a level 1 summoner. This limited them on the use of higher level monsters while I was at level 4 with my Stormbringer.
