El reto de la lavadora manipulada por otro técnico. / The challenge of the washing machine manipulated by another technician.

En esta oportunidad les comparto otro reto que acepte, de una lavadora que otro técnico manipulo y no logro dar con la falla. Normalmente estos caso no los acepto, ya que conllevan a muchas horas de trabajo del normalmente empleado para repararlas, pero estoy tomándolos para llevárselos a todos ustedes.

In this opportunity I share with you another challenge that I accepted, of a washing machine that another technician manipulated and could not find the fault. Normally I do not accept these cases, since they involve many hours of work of the normally employed to repair them, but I am taking them to bring them to all of you.
Al realizar el respectivo diagnostico, me encuentro con las siguientes fallas, luego de trabajar el motor de lavado, por unos segundos el equipo se detiene y no realiza ningún movimiento. No posee motor de centrifugado, por lo que se le instalara otro motor que la dueña tiene guardado, luego por su puesto de realizar su inspección. No tiene el diagrama eléctrico, todos los equipos tienen un diagrama eléctrico con el cual nos guiamos y nos facilita en gran medida nuestro trabajo.
When performing the respective diagnosis, I find the following faults, after working the washing motor, for a few seconds the equipment stops and does not make any movement. It does not have a spin motor, so another motor that the owner has in storage will be installed, after its inspection. It does not have the electrical diagram, all the equipment has an electrical diagram with which we are guided and which greatly facilitates our work.
Después de una intensa búsqueda para determinar el origen de la falla, que provocaba que el equipo se detuviera y no trabajara mas, me encuentro que el problema es el reloj, al principio no se observaba la falla, ya que el reloj realizaba su recorrido normal pero al ir descartando, decidí ir mas a fondo y destapar el reloj, encontrándome que los contactos estaban totalmente sulfatados o negros, lo que imposibilita el paso de la energía al motor, ademas de tener un engranaje plástico deteriorado que pronto originaria otra falla. Decidí hablar con la cliente y llevarme el reloj ya que cuento con repuestos de otros relojes dañados e intentaría repararlo. Normalmente no me llevo nada para la casa, pero era esta opción o comprar un reloj, por su puesto la cliente opto por la primera opción.

I decided to talk to the customer and take the watch with me, since I have spare parts of other damaged watches and I would try to repair it. Normally I don't take anything home, but it was either this option or buy a watch, of course the customer chose the first option.
Al segundo día del reto de la lavadora, luego de detectar la falla y corregirla me encuentro con otra sorpresa, el motor de centrifugado esta ubicado en otra lavadora, como se observa en la imagen, entonces tuve que desmontar el motor y revisarlo, siguen las sorpresas, el motor esta totalmente trancado, lo bueno es que el motor no ha sido destapado tiene sus pernos de fabrica. Utilizo un taladro para quitar los perno y poder revisarlo mas a fondo, buenas noticias el estator esta en buenas condiciones no esta ido a tierra y tiene buena continuidad, lubrico las bocinas armo nuevamente y le coloco tornillos para fijar las tapas.

I use a drill to remove the bolts and to be able to check it more thoroughly, good news is that the stator is in good condition, it is not grounded and has good continuity, I lubricate the horns, reassemble and put screws to fix the covers.
Después de desatrancar el motor y quedar muy suave, me dispuse a armar la lavadora, observando un detalle muy importante las bases eran diferente, la del motor es de tres patas mientra que la de la lavadora es de cuatro, procedí a realizar una adaptación arme y le informe a la cliente que la probara, saco su ropa y comenzó a lavar. Durante una hora todo estaba marchando muy bien la cliente quedo muy satisfecha del trabajo.
After unclogging the motor and it was very smooth, I set out to assemble the washing machine, observing a very important detail, the bases were different, the motor base has three legs while the washing machine base has four, I proceeded to make an adaptation, I assembled it and informed the client to try it, she took out her clothes and started washing. For an hour everything was going very well and the client was very satisfied with the work.

Ya va, COMO adaptaste un motor de 3 patas en unas 4, necesito saber esto, XD ahora mismo me sería super útil con un dilema que tengo en la lavandería, ¿Lo soldaste?
Hola amigo @jesustiano, bueno fue sencillo porque tenia la base de cuatro pata, la de tres del motor se acopla perfecto a esa base, es decir tiene su caída, pero si no la tienes se consigue una lamina delgada, la picas dándole la forma de la base y con el taladro le abres los agujeros para que cuadre la base de tres y luego la base los agujeros para los resortes a la base de la lavadora.
