Esse post será inteiramente dedicado a falar do meu primeiro Leo Power Up Day e do porque decidi no primeiro LPUD já entrar de cabeça excedendo até meus próprios limites financeiros para poder alcançar o status de Lion Builder e cumprir as missões da Zealy.

Para explicar porque decidi ir de 0 a 100 em 10 segundos(quem pegou a referencia pegou, e quem não pegou volte 10casas e assista de novo "Velozes e Furiosos 1") vou falar sobre meus sentimentos e impressões sobre a campanha de adoção da nova interface da LeoFinance, no porque acredito na Hive como a blockchain que tornará as cripto mainstream e farei isso tentando ao máximo falar de forma que quem não está dentro da Hive hoje possa entender.

Então vamos começar falando dessa campanha que eu pessoalmente estou achando incrível.

Campanha de adoção leofinance.io

A Leo Finance é a um longo período uma das comunidades mais ativas e de peso dentro da Hive, uma comunidade voltada para finanças e com inúmeros apps e soluções para os usuários da Hive como por exemplo tendo uma DEX própria onde você pode acessar sua carteira de tokens e site como o hivestats que você pode acompanhar suas métricas e evolução, e esses são só alguns exemplos do quanto a comunidade já vem construindo ao longo desses anos.

Mas se a comunidade já é grande e tem uma base de usuários ativa porque uma campanha de adoção tão imensa distribuindo o que por alto, com os valores de hoje, somam quase $40k dol em premiações entre prêmios e delegações altíssimas de Hive Power e leo power?

Pra mim parece bem obvio. A Leo Finance e sua equipe conhecem e acreditam no potencial de crescimento da Hive e da sua nova interface de usuário. A nova interface da Leo Finance tem como seu principal destaque as threads que nada mais é do que conteúdo em forma de microbloging. As threads tem todo potencial para se tornar o Twitter da web3, porem, descentralizado e melhor que o original em inúmeros aspectos.

A campanha de adoção utilizou a plataforma da Zealy e tem quests voltadas para objetivos diferentes e foram divididas em vários grupos. Temos grupos de quests diárias e semanais. E tem também os grupos divididos em aventuras, que tornaram todas as quests mais divertidas tornando a campanha em um "jogo" com chefes a serem derrotados. No final cada aventura tinha um objetivo diferente. Vamos falar um pouco sobre cada uma das aventuras até agora.

The Hustler

A primeira aventura é o "The Hustler" com uma serie de missões focadas em criar interação e engajamento nas threads da plataforma LeoFinance tendo como seu boss final o objetivo de fazer 3mil threads no mês de maio. Essa é uam aventura muito importante porque é uma das que mais da exp, mostrando o quanto engajamento é importante nessa campanha de adoção Nesse momento estou bem longe mas pretendo focar em ser mais ativo nas próximas semanas para derrotar esse boss.

Importante lembrar que as threads podem ser sobre qualquer assunto e não tem necessidade de falar nada relacionado a finanças.

Finance Bro

Voltada para conteúdos longos, em formato de blog, relacionados a finanças e inúmeros subtemas que tem relação direta com a leofinance, seja finthech, cryptocurrency, Bussines entre outros.

Ainda não comecei a fazer essas missões mas pretendo ao menos fazer algumas, esse é um boss que realmente acho que será difícil derrotar no meu caso.

The Visionary

"The Visionary se trata apenas de Leo Power, fazer power up durante o mês de maio, e se você for esperto o suficiente fez no LPUD para aproveitar e concorrer a outras premiações especificas do LPUD. O total de $LEO que se precisa fazer power up é em torno de 8K tendo o boss final com o power up de 5kLEO. As missões na sua soma total não dão tantos pontos quanto outras aventuras o que acho justo já que embora exija empenho e acreditar que a comunidade Leo é forte, o alto valor para fazer power up de 8k LEO impede muitas pessoas de derrotar esse boss e na minha opinião seria injusto colocar mais pontos com missões que dependem de poder aquisitivo principalmente levando em conta que esse valor em alguns países é maior que o salario de meses de alguns trabalhadores. Obviamente o objetivo aqui é agregar valor ao token e mostrar a importância que o token tem no ecossistema da comunidade.

Eu confesso que tive dificuldade, mas consegui derrotar esse boss e foi o primeiro que derrotei até então. Mais a frente vou falar com mais detalhes do meu power up.

The artist

"The artist" já vem com nome dizendo qual é o objetivo dessa aventura. Buscar artistas gráficos para dar sequencia ao projeto de NFTs da LeoFinance que teve inicio no ano passado. As missões são basicamente de desenhos e artes visuais sejam feitas manuais ou digitais. Algumas exigem apenas esforço e outras exigem um certo nível técnico.

Vou tentar cumprir essas missões utilizando arte digital que na real não sou muito bom, mas é o que consigo com o tempo que tenho livre já que desenho manual é bem demorado pra ser bem feito e tempo é algo que está em falta. Espero conseguir derrotar mais esse chefe.

The vlogger

Aqui as missões são parecidas com o a do Finance Bro mas com foco em vídeos. Me parece ser uma parceria com o 3speak e mais oportunidade pra aumentar a fan base já que certos usuários consomem vídeos e dificilmente leem artigos longos.

Pretendo focar a ultima semana de maio para fazer essas missões, porem só será possível se for aceito vídeos em pt-br, mas acredito que será aceito, levando em conta que a maior parte dos participantes da campanha não tem inglês como língua nativa.

The Supporter

As missões aqui são simples e fáceis de ser cumpridas, com exceção do boss, basicamente se baseiam em favoritar as moedas relacionadas e Leo e a Hive na Coingecko e o boss final se trata de conseguir marcar uma reunião com um projeto crypto de fora da Hive.

Estou na luta para marcar a reunião, consegui algumas respostas depois de muito tentar mas nenhuma confirmação até então. Espero conseguir já que pode ser um diferencial enorme.

The influencer

Essa pra mim é a aventura que menos faz sentido. Tem uma recompensa em exp altíssima e não exige nenhum engajamento real no conteúdo, apenas visualizações e a meta é extremamente alta a ponto que os próprios influencers dentro da equipe leofinance geralmente não conseguem alcançar.

Não são metas inalcançáveis, já que tudo que se exige são as visualizações. Pretendo fazer conteúdo em cada uma das redes e pedir para meus alunos e amigos da dança compartilhar, como somando minha base de fans junto com da minha esposa temos mais de 10k de fãs se 10% disso compartilhar e gerar ao menos uma media de 10views consigo completar a missão do twitter e do tiktok acho que vai ser ainda mais fácil, quanto as outras não tenho ideia já que não sei quantos dos meus alunos e amigos tem contas nessas redes. A grande verdade é que embora eu tenha uma quantidade de "amigos" nas redes sociais tradicionais por ter trabalhado em grandes escolas de dança e já ter dado aula em muitos lugares, não sou um usuário ativo a anos em redes sociais tradicionais e muito menos influencer mas pretendo usar influencia das pessoas próximas a mim para ao menos tentar.

Mini bosses

Pelo que entendi essas missões não entram no Grind para o premio de 10kUSD da campanha de adoção, mas serão determinantes para definir os embaixadores da leo finance no futuro, sinceramente não sei se consigo cumprir alguma delas e não tem sido meu foco.

Meu LPUD

Agora que já expliquei por alto a campanha e como ela tem funcionado quero falar porque decidi investir tanto tempo e dinheiro nessa campanha e na comunidade Leo Finance como um todo.

Primeiramente, sempre vi a leofinance como uma grande comunidade e com potencial de crescimento ainda maior, mas meus investimentos sempre acabaram indo para jogos e na própria Hive ,em forma de HP, pelo simples fato de que eu gosto de jogos e me sentia confortável investindo em algo que eu curtia e mesmo que não trouxesse lucro eu estava me divertindo. Sempre li artigos da comunidade com intuito de aprender cada vez mais. Estou a meses pensando em participar do LPUD mas a verdade é que minha renda como professor de dança não me permite investir muito dinheiro externo e nos meses anteriores acabei priorizando outros projetos dentro da Hive, incluindo meu próprio projeto da comunidade Nexo Digital), no qual investi boa parte do que podia investir.

Então o que mudou? Simples. Se tornou impossível ignorar todo o crescimento que a Leo tem tido e o passo que eu acredito ser o que vai ajudar a tornar a Hive mainstream. A nova interface introduziu conteúdos curtos, que é o hype de todas as redes sociais populares na Hive onde antes todas as comunidades de curadoria e de forma geral toda a comunidade só queriam posts longos, as vezes dando preferencia a valorizar um post extremamente longo de 2mil palavras onde poucas pessoas liam tudo do que um post de 500 palavras com conteúdo interessante que tinha um bom engajamento real.

As threads mudam tudo e podem trazer as pessoas que já tem costume de postar conteúdos curtos e fazer uma transição mais suave da web2 para web3.

Levando em conta toda essa movimentação e o fato de que como bom rpgista que sou não posso ver um boss que já quero derrotar. Me senti desafiado e tentado a entrar com tudo. E vendi vários assets para me permitir fazer o power up de hoje de forma a me tornar um Lion Builder e derrotar o boss "King of the Jungle".

Como meu LP não era muito grande antes, agora tenho um total de 8083,545LP que no momento desse post são em media $368,88 USD. Esse valor é mais que um salario mínimo no meu pais e mais do que ganho em 1 mês de trabalho dando aulas de dança.

Conclusão

Eu entrei nesse LPUD com fome de leão e querendo abocanhar não só a NFT exclusiva desse LPUD mas também uma boa parte dos prêmios da campanha de adoção e meu esforço para isso está só começando! Espero levar para a comunidade Nexo Digital a delegação que será dado para o segundo lugar da campanha, segundo porque o primeiro já é do meu amigo @underlock que merece essa colocação e vai levar pra HiveBR a delegação do primeiro lugar, e nessa campanha vou lutar para termos uma dobradinha BR.

leofinance.io adoption campaign

Leo Finance has been one of the most active and important communities within Hive for a long time, a community focused on finance and with numerous apps and solutions for Hive users, such as having a DEX where you can access your token wallet and website like hivestats where you can follow your metrics and evolution, and these are just a few examples of how much the community has been building over these years.

But if the community is already large and has an active user base, why such an immense adoption campaign distributing what roughly, with today's values, add up to almost $40k dol in prizes between very high awards and delegations of Hive Power and leo power?

To me it seems pretty obvious. Leo Finance and its team know and believe in the growth potential of Hive and its new user interface. The new interface of Leo Finance has as its main highlight the threads that are nothing more than content in the form of microblogging. Threads have all the potential to become the Twitter of web3, however, decentralized and better than the original in many aspects.

The adoption campaign used the Zealy platform and has quests aimed at different objectives and were divided into several groups. We have groups of daily and weekly quests. And there are also groups divided into adventures, which made all the quests more fun, turning the campaign into a "game" with bosses to be defeated. In the end each adventure had a different goal. Let's talk a little about each of the adventures so far.

The Hustler

The first adventure is "The Hustler" with a series of missions focused on creating interaction and engagement in the threads of the LeoFinance platform, having as its final boss the objective of making 3 thousand threads in the month of May. This is a very important adventure because it is one of the most exp, showing how important engagement is in this adoption campaign. At the moment I'm far away but I intend to focus on being more active in the coming weeks to defeat this boss.

It is important to remember that threads can be about any subject and there is no need to say anything related to finance.

Finance Bro

Focused on long content, in blog format, related to finance and numerous subtopics that are directly related to leofinance, whether finthech, cryptocurrency, Bussines among others.

I haven't started doing these missions yet but I intend to at least do some, this is a boss that I really think will be difficult to defeat in my case.

The Visionary

"The Visionary is just about Leo Power, powering up during the month of May, and if you're smart enough you've done it at LPUD to take advantage and compete for other LPUD specific prizes. The total $LEO you need to power up is around 8K having the final boss with the power up of 5kLEO. The missions in their total sum do not give as many points as other adventures which I think is fair since although it requires commitment and believing that the Leo community is strong, the high value to power up 8k LEO prevents many people from defeating this boss and in my opinion it would be unfair to put more points with missions that depend on purchasing power, especially taking into account that this value in some countries is greater than the salary of some months workers. Obviously the goal here is to add value to the token and show the importance that the token has in the community ecosystem.

I confess that I had difficulty, but I managed to defeat this boss and it was the first one I defeated until then. Later I will talk in more detail about my power up.

The artist

"The artist" already comes with a name saying what the objective of this adventure is. Search for graphic artists to continue LeoFinance's NFTs project that started last year. The missions are basically drawings and visual arts, whether manual or digital. Some require just effort and others require a certain technical level.

I'm going to try to fulfill these missions using digital art, which I'm really not very good at, but that's what I can do with the time I have free since manual drawing takes a long time to be done well and time is something that is in short supply. I hope I can defeat this boss.

The vlogger

Here the missions are similar to Finance Bro but with a focus on videos. It seems to me to be a partnership with 3speak and more opportunity to increase the fan base since certain users consume videos and hardly read long articles.

I intend to focus on the last week of May to carry out these missions, but it will only be possible if videos in pt-br are accepted, but I believe it will be accepted, taking into account that most campaign participants do not have English as their native language.

The Supporter

The missions here are simple and easy to accomplish, with the exception of the boss, basically based on favoring related currencies and Leo and Hive in Coingecko and the final boss is about getting a meeting with a crypto project outside of Hive.

I'm struggling to arrange the meeting, got some answers after a lot of trying but no confirmation so far. I hope to succeed as it can be a huge differential.

The influencer

This for me is the adventure that makes the least sense. It has a very high exp reward and does not require any real engagement in the content, just views and the goal is extremely high to the point that the influencers themselves within the leofinance team are usually unable to reach.

These are not unattainable goals, as all that is required are views. I intend to make content on each of the networks and ask my students and dance friends to share it, as adding my fan base together with my wife's we have more than 10k fans if 10% of that shares and generates at least an average of 10 views with you completing the twitter and tiktok mission I think it will be even easier, as for the others I have no idea since I don't know how many of my students and friends have accounts on these networks. The great truth is that although I have a number of "friends" on traditional social networks because I have worked in large dance schools and have taught in many places, I have not been an active user for years on traditional social networks, much less an influencer. but I intend to use the influence of people close to me to at least try.

Mini bosses

From what I understand, these missions are not included in the Grind for the 10kUSD adoption campaign award, but they will be decisive in defining the leo finance ambassadors in the future.

My LPUD

Now that I've covered the campaign and how it's been working, I want to talk about why I decided to invest so much time and money into this campaign and into the Leo Finance community as a whole.

Firstly, I always saw leofinance as a great community with even greater growth potential, but my investments always ended up going into games and Hive itself, in the form of HP, for the simple fact that I like games and felt comfortable investing in something I enjoyed and even if it didn't bring profit I was having fun. I always read community articles with the intention of learning more and more. I've been thinking about participating in LPUD for months but the truth is that my income as a dance teacher doesn't allow me to invest a lot of external money and in the previous months I ended up prioritizing other projects within Hive, including my own community project Nexo Digital, in which I invested a good part of what I could invest.

So what changed? Simple. It has become impossible to ignore all the growth that Leo has taken and the step that I believe will help make Hive mainstream. The new interface introduced short content, which is the hype of all popular social networks, on Hive where before all curation communities and in general the whole community only wanted long posts, sometimes giving preference to valuing an extremely long post of 2k words where few people read everything than a 500 word post with interesting content that got real good engagement.

Threads change everything and can bring people who are already used to posting short content and make a smoother transition from web2 for web3.

Taking into account all this movement and the fact that as a good rpgist that I am, I can't see a boss that I already want to defeat. I felt challenged and tempted to go all in. And I sold several assets to allow me to power up today in order to become a Lion Builder and defeat the boss "King of the Jungle ".

Conclusion

I entered this LPUD hungry as a lion and wanting to grab not only the exclusive NFT of this LPUD but also a good part of the adoption campaign prizes and my effort for this is just beginning! I hope to take to the Nexo Digital community the delegation that will be given for the second place in the campaign, second because the first place already belongs to my friend @underlock who deserves this placement and will take the first place delegation to HiveBR, and in this campaign I will fight to have a double BR.
