Olá pessoal! Esse é mais um post de Hive Power Up Day e nele vou falar sobre meu ultimo Power Up de 2023, do meu crescimento na hive nesse periodo e das minhas metas pra 2024!

Então vamos ao que interessa...

Crescimento em 2023

No inicio de 2023 eu tinha apenas 392 de HP comparados aos 1951HP que tenho na data de hoje após o Power Up. Embora eu tenha entrado na Hive em 2021 através do splinterlands eu só comecei a entender melhor o que era a Hive e como funcionava seu aspecto social em 2022 através da HiveBR e por muito tempo não tinha foco em aumentar meu HP. No inicio de 2023 assumi o compromisso de olhar com mais carinho para meu poder de governança e melhorar meu HP além de ajudar a Hive de outras formas que estivessem ao meu alcance. E enquanto isso participei de 8 dos 12 HPUD do ano, sendo esse o 8, e em metade desses HPUD fazendo power up de mais de 100HIVE, como podem ver abaixo.

Embora eu não consiga ter uma dedicação integral a Hive pelo fato de ter 2 trabalhos fora da Hive eu aumentei meu tempo de dedicação para aprender mais e me aprofundar nos aspectos da Hive. Foi também em 2023 que fui ao meu primeiro grande evento cripto o NFTBrasil onde toda minha visão desse mundo foi modificada e aprendi mais em 3 dias do que tinha aprendido em todo o restante do meu tempo envolvido na web3. Após esse fui em outros grandes eventos como BlockchainRio e algumas pequenas exposições de arte NFT no Rio de Janeiro. Também produzi em nome da Nexo Digital pequenos Encontros Culturais para apresentar a Hive a comunidade onde moro.

Falando em Nexo Digital, 2023 foi o ano em que criei minha primeira comunidade na Hive e tenho tentado o meu melhor pra fazer ela crescer embora esteja sendo um terreno difícil mas a comunidade tem progredido pouco a pouco e cada vez mais pessoas interessadas em ajudar a fazer as coisas acontecerem. Gerenciar e participar dessa comunidade tem sido um aprendizado diário e um desafio criar formas de incentivar as pessoas a participarem. Atualmente a comunidade tem um nó de testemunha e seu próprio token e todo processo pra isso foi um grande aprendizado. Espero chegar o dia em que a comunidade consiga ser autossuficiente e tenha seu próprio full node. Mas isso é papo pra outra hora já que aqui estou falando do meu aprendizado e crescimento pessoal.

Além do crescimento de HP e de aprendizado sobre a Hive, comunidades, nodes e tokens, também estou começando a aprender a programar, com objetivo de entender melhor e quem sabe desenvolver meus próprios dapps para auxiliar no crescimento da Hive.

Voltando a falar de Hive, comecei a participar ativamente da comunidade INLEO(antiga LeoFinance). Não só participando das threads e das campanhas feitas por eles, como desde que comecei a fazer parte da comunidade fazendo os power ups mensais de todo dia 15. Não perdi nenhum desde maio! Alcanlando a incrivel marca de mais de 17k de LeoPower em menos de 6meses. Pretendo continuar fazendo o LPUD assim como o HPUD em 2024.

Aproveitando o assunto vamos falar das metas para 2024.

Metas para 2024

Nesse tópico vou ser breve e falar apenas das minhas metas pessoais e quanto as metas financeiras irei apenas colocar os números sem muita explicação. Os números são para serem alcançados até o final de 2024.

São metas ousadas eu sei. Mas pretendo trabalhar ainda mais duro para isso e continuar minha evolução! Pretendo fazer HPUD e LPUD todos os meses de 2024 e tentar fazer o HPUM por todos os meses também.

Quanto a metas pessoais que não envolvem a parte financeira. Pretendo aprender a programar bem o suficiente para criar meu primeiro front-end mesmo que usando algum dos códigos open-source já existentes. Fazer mais onboards e criar novas ferramentas que possam ajudar a todos que queiram seguir esse caminho de trazer novos Hivers pra nossa rede.

Dito isso, fica claro que tenho muito trabalho a fazer. Ainda mas no ano em que serei pai pela primeira vez. Mas acredito que com determinação e apoio da comunidade eu consigo dar conta!

O Power Up

Nesse mês o power up foi de 100Hive eu iria fazer de 150, mas fui inspirado pelo @crazyphantombr que completou o HPUM esse mês de novembro e guardei os 50HIVE para fazer o HPUM de dezembro. Ainda quero fechar o ano com 2k de HP e faltam +- 50Hive pra isso então vou fazendo os power ups diários para esse objetivo!

Conclusão

Esse foi o ultimo HPUD do ano e decidi já deixar escrito aqui minhas metas para o final de 2024 para poder me cobrar depois de alcança-las.

Hi guys, this is another Hive Power Up Day post and in it I'm going to talk about my last Power Up in 2023, my growth at hive during that period and my goals for 2024!

Growth in 2023

At the beginning of 2023 I had only 392 HP compared to the 1951HP I have today after the Power Up. It was also in 2023 that I went to my first big crypto event, NFTBrasil, where my whole vision of this world was changed and I learned more in 3 days than I had learned in all the rest of my time involved in web3. After that I went to other big events like BlockchainRio and some small NFT art exhibitions in Rio de Janeiro. I also produced small Cultural Encounters on behalf of Nexo Digital to introduce Hive to the community where I live.

Speaking of Nexo Digital, 2023 was the year I created my first community on Hive and I've been trying my best to make it grow, although it's been difficult terrain but the community has been progressing little by little and more and more people are interested in helping to make things happen. Managing and participating in this community has been a daily learning experience and it's been a challenge to come up with ways to encourage people to participate. Currently, the community has a witness node and its own token and the whole process has been a great learning experience. I hope to see the day when the community can be self-sufficient and have its own full node. But that's a topic for another time, since I'm talking about my learning and personal growth here.

In addition to the growth of HP and learning about Hive, communities, nodes and tokens, I'm also starting to learn to program, with the aim of better understanding and perhaps developing my own dapps to help Hive grow.

Getting back to Hive, I've started actively participating in the INLEO community (formerly LeoFinance). Not only by participating in the threads and campaigns they run, but since I joined the community I've been doing the monthly power ups every 15th. I haven't missed one since May! I've reached the incredible milestone of over 17k LeoPowers in less than 6 months. I plan to continue doing the LPUD as well as the HPUD in 2024.

Taking advantage of the subject, let's talk about the goals for 2024.

Goals for 2024

In this topic I'm going to be brief and only talk about my personal goals and as for the financial goals I'll just put the numbers without much explanation. The figures are to be achieved by the end of 2024.

HP- 10k
LP- 50k
HBD savings-6k

These are bold goals, I know. But I intend to work even harder towards them and continue my progress! I intend to do HPUD and LPUD every month from 2024 and try to do HPUM for every month as well.

As for personal goals that don't involve finances. I want to learn to program well enough to create my first front-end, even if it's using some existing open-source code. Make more onboards and create new tools that can help anyone who wants to follow this path of bringing new Hivers into our network.

That said, it's clear that I have a lot of work to do. Even more so in the year when I'll be a father for the first time. But I believe that with determination and the support of the community I can do it!

The Power Up

This month the power up was 100Hive I was going to do 150, but I was inspired by @crazyphantombr who completed the HPUM this November and I saved the 50HIVE to do the December HPUM. I still want to end the year with 2k HP and there's +- 50Hive to go so I'm doing the daily power ups for that goal!

Conclusion

This was the last HPUD of the year and I've decided to write down my goals for the end of 2024 so that I can hold myself accountable once I've achieved them.
