We want to keep the supply limited so that the token can appreciate in value but liquid enough that we have enough tokens to pay out as dividends.
The price hasn't quite caught up with the burning, but I'm sure we will get there eventually!
The price depends not only on the burning but on the activity of the people holding the tokens if the biggest whale decides to sell several thousand tokens within a couple of days, it definitely has an impact on the price :-)

It's good to see the tokens burned and that the project takes into consideration of the HP growth. I thought all projects just used the HP snapshot at the time of dividends but I guess it might not be true.
I can't really say how other projects are handling it but I also had an experience where they only took the initial delegation and paid according to that.
