Ideas 🤔

  • Invest tokens and time into the game that you mastered.
example: TCG -> Splinterlands, Money Management dCity, Account Management RisingStar, and so on.
  • Follow a curation trail
  • Delegate unused HP to a project that can give you a good return
example: Liotes, LOLz, ALIVE, and so on
  • Delegate unused tokens to a project that can give you a good return
example: LOLz, workerbee-ph pool, and so on
  • Buy a good investment or miner tokens that can give you a good return
example: EDS, LENM, ALIVEM, and so on

P.S. All examples are the ones that I know. Not a recommendation or financial advice. It's your assets, so think and research before you do something 👍

Invest the assets raised in a specific chain, for example Solana, Eth or Avalanche.
Or by market niche games, memes or defi.
Or tokenize an apartment-type asset in central London rented for x pounds. And distribute the dividends in Hive.
A tribe token that advertises and distributes revenue among supporters fairly.
I can't think of many more examples.

There is a strategy for earning more on the hive, but it's not that easy, it takes time and dedication. What I can recommend is:

  • Dedication, focus and quality in everything you do;

  • Posting daily if possible or at least every other day, consistency is important;

  • Seek to follow a healing path that is active so as not to let the VP hit 100%;

  • Inform yourself about some projects that you support with votes, hive payments or tokens, by holding the project token. In this case, it's important to maintain the quality of the posts in the same way;

  • Interact, engage and try to participate in a project you like, helping the hive and its members to grow can be the most incredible way to attract the attention of a large profile that starts to like you and your posts, and consequently, the more exposure you get, the more chance you have of earning from your posts.

I think those are the points I've been following.

When I read your list, I get the feeling that success on hive is work and I believe that your are totally right about that. On hive, you won't get rich without doing anything...

This is an interesting question and we can learn from other people's answers :)

I can only share what many people are already doing - showing up daily, creating content consistently, growing HP, and curating. I don't even trade much nor play games which I believe can be good ways to increase one's earnings.

growing HP, and curating

For me this is the most important part because it allows us to actually scale our income from hive!

My delegation to Ecency often pays me more liquid Hive each day than I earn from posting!

Interesting. I didn't know Ecency pays out HIVE dividends to delegators.

100% curation rewards get paid to delegators plus 10% Ecency Points that can be used to receive a 200 HP delegation from Ecency for your account. It's especially helpful for newbies.

Thanks for the explanation. That 200 HP delegation for newbies for Ecency points sound like a very good idea. But there are still the old ways of earning Ecency points, right? Because building your own account as a newbie should be a priority instead of delegating to any project, no matter how much you loved it.

(Edited)

Ecency Points are earned for every action on Ecency and can be used to receive a 200 HP delegation called Boost+

Even writing and commenting on Waves earns POINTS!

A 7 day delegation is 1500 Points and 30 Days is 6000 points.

Ecency curators freely give out Votes on posts, with the largest % of votes given to active Points earners who publish using Ecency.

I agree that small accounts should not delegate their HP away.

The bigger our stake gets, the more it can generate return, either from delegating it or from curating. That's the best way of earning on hive I believe :-)

My first idea is to show up every day make posts daily, and grow your account since it will help a lot through curation rewards.
if you have some more funds, maybe try to join any liquidity pool on the diesel pool, so that you can earn from the rewards, and then invest back either into the pool or to hive power.
some games might gives you a good return, but I am not a gamer, so I couldn't say too much about this path.

This is something that people often ignore. I like it because it's an income source that doesn't rely on the hive reward pool.

I wish to increase my liquidity position on LEN-LENM liquidity pool, but for now I need to increase my staked LENM to increase my liotes ranking first. :)
love the BTC reward on the pool though.

Other than the tried and tested consistent posting everyday and networking, I'd say one should also keep some HIVE/HBD liquid to take advantage of the fluctuations in price.

There is a good amount to be made just by catching the swings in either direction.

Share your ideas on how to earn more on Hive

My tactic has been daily posting (1-2 per day) and curating. I especially like curating (upvote and comment) posts with 2nd layer tokens in the tags, so if a comment gets upvoted, it earns some tokens. I do not "dump" tokens, but ether stake them or sell them for swap.hive at a premium or add them to a liquidity pool. I also delegate some to lolz.pool for daily laughs. I also occasionally purchase tokens on the market that I think will offer a good ROI.

My other tactic has been building up liquid HIVE and waiting for a good price point to sell for HBD, which I put into savings for 20% interest.

few ways to earn

  1. delegate hive engine tokens to curators to earn daily share.
question: Can anyone suggest HE token curators whom i can delegate hive-engine tokens to earn?
I have delegated few, but the returns are so so.

  2. delegate HP to earn HE tokens or Hive
currently delagated to LEO.voter, Liotes.voter, ecency etc

  3. Investment tokens
Not all tokens are paying dividends as they use to before.

  4. liquidity pools
Well i am not that active but do have a small share in it.

This question is tricky because I would have pursued such an activity if I had known.😎
As a dedicated blogger, I publish a post every day, even if I don't consider myself exceptionally skilled.
I believe in the power of multitasking, engaging in various activities simultaneously:
I mean actively or daily, from posting regularly to the thrill of progressing in some games to the strategic thinking involved in trading and the potential gains from investing in tokens.
Yeah, and the most important thing for me is that you are constantly increasing your reach so that more people get to know you, and that's through the personal touch of manual curation.

That's quite true but I think you are doing things pretty well, when I look at the hive power that you managed to collect :-)

My main recommendations are:

  • Be clear about your goals. Have realistic expectations.
  • Grow your account as much as you can. Save all your HP and use it for manual curation.
  • Be patient and consistent. It’s better to go step by step constantly.
  • Engage with others and help whoever you can.
  • Give to receive. (This sounds like a slogan 😂)
  • Be yourself and confident in your capabilities!

😘

Give to receive. (This sounds like a slogan 😂)

This would be a great slogan for hive in general because you can only earn curation rewards if you upvote people and you can only grow as an author if you give by reading other people's posts and interact with them!

Many ways. But I guess probably is being good at networking and working also in projects that need help.
Networking you get more people in your posts. So your posts get more rewards.
Working in projects as a curator or even in other types of projects can give you some extra hive to grow.

I think more elaborated answers can be made.

But I prefer a simple answer, that works not only on Hive, but in general.

The 3 tips I would have are:

  • consistency
  • focus
  • exploring / always learning / adapting

The question is what do you want to "earn" on Hive?
Do you want more HBD, or more HP or Hive, or more experience, acquaintances and friends, strong connections with people you didn't know, contacts with communities in different spheres...?
I do not have financial advice on how to earn Hive, HP or HBD. Whether by staking or delegation or publication. It probably depends on the age of your user and how many times you have made withdrawals...

I only know that I am here every day, that I post personal pictures, video clips and thoughts. That I want to convert every Hive or HBD that I earned from a post or as an author or from voting for another into my HP and that by voting, in addition to my development, I also develop others, to earn Power Up Helper every year, to help a new Hiveans, to develop myself in communication with Hiveans and to meet them personally at some point.
I think it will be my biggest "profit"!
And in addition to all that, I leave a permanent record of my posts on BC 🙂

Thanks 🙂
All of us who are involved in any form of web3 have come to know the idea of decentralization... It's just that sometimes it takes a strong will and strength to leave the so far familiar world of social networks, banking services, traditional money...
We had and now we readily welcome new, sanctified people...

One way to earn more on Hive is to actively participate on the platform by posting quality content, interacting with other users and using relevant tags to increase the visibility of your posts.
You can also explore collaboration opportunities with other users and look for ways to monetize your content through initiatives such as contests, NFT sales or rewards programs.

In my experience, if you want to earn more on Hive it is by being consistent, growing your account, and engaging with other users. Hive is a two-way flow, if you don't give don't expect to get anything in return, at least that's what applies to most.

Be consistent in posting AND commenting on other's articles.

In terms of Hive Power, I prefer to utilize it myself rather than delegating to projects as I believe having a greater upvote myself will get my snowball rolling faster in terms of followers, reach, upvotes on my articles, etc

I believe that the best ways to monetize and increase earnings are:

Delegate HP to projects that pay in hive and tokens/points (e.g. liotes, ecency, pakistan, leo)

Post frequently, but always remembering quality.

And engage in communities.

Actively, the best way to earn more HIVE is to be consistent and post quality content every day (I'd like to be doing this, but I'm running out of time). Passively, there are some projects that return dividends in net HIVE, ecency is one of them by delegating HP to them, but like any passive investment it requires you to have high values to earn considered values.
