I think the choice between HBD and HIVE is very personal.
For those looking for passive gain HBDs are the best choice.
On the other hand, for those who are active in publishing and interaction in my opinion HPs outweigh in mid-term return value the disadvantage in APR of HBDs.
Then much depends on the future prediction of the value of HIVE.
1 HBD will always be worth $1 while HIVE could be worth much more and an increase in value from $0.30 to $0.60 corresponds to +100% that HBDs in savings achieve in 5 years (without considering compounding)
