My 2024 Inleo Goals + My LEO Power UP in the 1st LPUD of 2024
Today is January 15, 2024 and the new year has started only 15 days ago.
In the first month of the year, I like to set annual goals related to projects that interest me because setting goals is always the first step to achieving them!
I like to set goals that are difficult to achieve because otherwise they would not be challenging and fun goals.
On Hive my main goal is to increase my Hive Power (HP) and my annual goal is to reach 75K HP by the end of 2024 starting from the 50K HP I had in my wallet on January 1, 2024.

There are many interesting projects on Hive and many projects have created second-level tokens.
Among the hive-based projects Inleo is among my favorite projects and that is why I have also set growth goals for 2024 in the Leoverse.
Today I share my annual goal related to LEO tokens and I also share my participation in the first LEO Power Up Day of 2024.
In fact, today is the first LPUD of 2024.
In 2023, I participated in all 12 LPUDs.
In 2024 I want to repeat myself and will try to participate in all LPUDs again and try to collect 12 out of 12 badges!
For my first LPUD in 2024, I did a LEO Power Up = +406 LP.
Thanks to the LEO Power Up I made today, I reached an amount of 7027.25 LP.
7027.25 LP is my starting point for setting my annual goal related to LEO tokens.
At the beginning of 2023 I had 3846.87 LEO Power (LP).
Today, January 15, 2024, I have 7027.25 LP.
In 2023 I increased my LEO Power by +3180.38 LP.
In 2024 I will try to exceed the 2024 LP increase and my annual goal will be to reach an amount of 12000 LP.
To reach my annual goal I will need to accumulate just under 5000 LP during 2024.
In order to monitor my progress toward my annual goal and to self-motivate myself, today I have created a table in which I will mark my progress on the fifteenth day of each month during the 2024 LPUDs.
My table will allow me to easily calculate my LP distance from my annual goal month by month, the monthly amount of LP I need to earn in 30 days to reach my annual goal, and also my LP distance from LION status = 15K LP.
My LP accumulation goal for the next 30 days will be = 432.41 LP.
If I have exceeded my monthly accumulation goal on February 15, 2024, the next monthly goal will be smaller otherwise it will be larger.
To reach my annual goal:
- I will continue to maintain my delegation to the @leo-voter account and evaluate month by month whether to increase or decrease it.
- I will publish most of my posts using the editor of the Inleo UI which allows content to be published in all Hive communities and will allow for the possibility of receiving rewards in LEO even after the 7 days of publication thanks to the LEO Ads protocol.
Participating in LPUDs will be important for me to reach my annual goal because in each LPUD there are rewards distributed by drawing to LPUD participants who:
- make a minimum LP = 50 LPs
- write a post showing participation in the LPUD.
If I get lucky in at least one of the 2024 LPUDs and win a LP delegation I can get a boost that will allow me to reach my annual goal more easily.

LEO Power Up Day is also the day when I like to monitor the value of LEO tokens.
Today January 15, 2024 1 LEO has a value of:
- 0.16206115 SWAP.HIVE (Highest Bid value).
- 0.16398999 SWAP.HIVE (Lowest Ask value).
During the previous LEO Power Up Day, December 15, 2023, 1 LEO had a value of:
- 0.16000013 SWAP.HIVE (Highest Bid value).
- 0.16499899 SWAP.HIVE (Lowest Ask value).
In the time interval of December 15, 2023 - January 15, 2024, the HIVE token records a decrease in value against the dollar: -8.15%
The LEO token with respect to the dollar records:
- a decrease in value relative to the Highest Bid value: -6.96%.
- a decrease in value compared to the Lowest Ask value: -8.71%.

Nel primo mese dell'anno mi piace fissare degli obiettivi annuali relativi ai progetti che mi piacciono perchè fissare degli obiettivi è sempre il primo passo per raggiungerli!
Mi piace fissare degli obiettivi difficili da raggiungere perchè altrimenti non sarebbero obiettivi stimolanti e divertenti.
Su Hive il mio obiettivo principale è aumentare il mio Hive Power (HP) e il mio obiettivo annuale è raggiungere 75K HP entro la fine del 2024 partendo dai 50K HP che avevo nel mio wallet il 1 gennaio 2024.

Oggi condivido il mio obiettivo annuale relativo ai token LEO e condivido anche la mia partecipazione al primo LEO Power Up Day del 2024.
Infatti oggi è in corso il primo LPUD del 2024.
Nel 2023 ho partecipato a tutti i 12 LPUD.
Nel 2024 voglio ripetermi e cercherò di partecipare nuovamente a tutti gli LPUD e cercherò di collezionare 12 badges su 12!
Per il mio primo LPUD del 2024 ho fatto un LEO Power Up = +406 LP.
Grazie al LEO Power Up che ho effettuato oggi ho raggiunto un quantitativo di 7027.25 LP
7027.25 LP è il mio punto di partenza per fissare il mio obiettivo annuale relativo ai token LEO.
All'inizio del 2023 avevo 3846.87 LEO Power (LP).
Oggi 15 gennaio 2024 ho 7027.25 LP.
Nel 2023 ho incrementato il mio LEO Power di +3180.38 LP

Per monitorare i miei progressi verso il mio obiettivo annuale e per automotivarmi ho costruito una tabella nella quale segnerò i miei progressi il quindicesimo giorno di ogni mese in occasione degli LPUD del 2024.
La mia tabella mi permetterà di calcolare facilmente la mia distanza in LP dal mio obiettivo annuale mese dopo mese, il quantitativo mensile di LP che devo guadagnare in 30 giorni per raggiungere il mio obiettivo annuale e anche la mia distanza in LP dallo status di LION = 15K LP.
Il mio obiettivo di accumulo in LP per i prossimi 30 giorni sarà = 432.41 LP.
Se il 15 febbraio 2024 avrò superato il mio obiettivo di accumulo mensile, l'obiettivo mensile successivo sarà più piccolo altrimenti sarà più grande.
Per raggiungere il mio obiettivo annuale:
continuerò a mantenere attiva la mia delega all'account @leo-voter e valuterò mese dopo mese se incrementarla o diminuirla.
pubblicherò la maggior parte dei miei posts utilizzando l'editor dell'Inleo UI che permette di pubblicare i contenuti in tutte le comunità di Hive e permetterà di avere la possibilità di ricevere le ricompense in LEO anche dopo i 7 giorni dalla pubblicazione grazie al LEO Ads protocol.
Partecipare agli LPUD sarà importante per me per raggiungere il mio obiettivo annuale perchè in ogni LPUD ci sono dei premi distribuiti tramite estrazione ai partecipanti ai LPUD che:
- fanno un LP minimo = 50 LP
- scrivono un post in cui mostrano la partecipazione all'LPUD.
Se avrò fortuna in almeno uno degli LPUD del 2024 e vincerò una delega in LP potrò avere un boost che mi permetterà di raggiungere più agevolmente il mio obiettivo annuale.
