I started my gaming and investing adventure on Hashkings on February 8, 2022.
On the same day I wrote a short introduction to the game, shared my choice of my first purchases (Land cards and Seed cards) and also explained the reasons for my choices (estimated annual ROI).
In the same post I also showed the steps I performed to plant a Seed in a Land and start accumulating game rewards: My First Day, My First Purchases.

Today I have completed my fourth harvest since I became a player of Haskings.
My activity as a producer on Haskings, although small, is now a well established activity because with my 4 Land cards I can produce a sufficient number of BUDS tokens that allow me to restart the production after each harvest and at the same time allow me to have a weekly profit.

So it's time to explore and try another game mode that Hashkings offers: The Raids (Raids).

The Raids game mode is the first expansion to the Hashkings game that introduced a different game mode than farming.
In the Raids game mode Avatars play an important role.

The Avatars and the Raids mode

Without an Avatar it is not possible to start farming, but in order to use any number of NFT Land and to plant any number of NFT Seed type you only need one avatar and the rarity of the avatar is not important.

In the Raids game mode avatars become much more important than in the farming game mode and also the rarity of an avatar becomes an equally important element.

In fact every 24 hours you can send your avatar into Raids where the avatar has to fight against a Boss.

The reward for sending the avatar into Raids is a certain amount of BUDS tokens.
The amount of the reward depends on the game stats of the avatar sent into the Raids.

All Hashking avatars belong to a specific group among two possible groups:

• first generation
• second generation

Each avatar has four attributes:

• XP
• POWER
• USAGE
• FINAL POWER

The XP attribute is the only important attribute in both the Farming and Raids game modes.
The POWER, USAGE and FINAL POWER attributes are only important in the Raids game mode.
The FINAL POWER attribute is the result of the following formula: FP = (XP * POWER) / 100

The value of the POWER and USAGE attributes identifies the rarity of the avatar.

For example, to identify the rarity of the second generation avatars the following value ranges apply:

• Common Avatar:
  • Power range: 9.5 - 14.25
  • Usage: 7
• Rare Avatar:
  • Power range: 14.25 - 21.85
  • Usage: 6
• Epic Avatar:
  • Power range: 42.75 - 68.4
  • Usage: 4
• Legendary Avatar:
  • Power range: 142.5 - 213.75
  • Usage: 4

Avatar stats can be improved by using the FORGE function that allows you to combine one or more avatars.

Since a single avatar can only be used once per day in Raids, to get more rewards from Raids it is important to:

• have avatars with good attributes.
• have multiple avatars instead of one.

For this reason I decided to buy 10 second generation avatar packs (G2 PACKS) and I also took the opportunity to write a step by step guide to show the steps to buy an avatar pack from the Hashkings website.

How to buy a pack of avatars

- Step by Step Guide -

Buying a pack of Avartar is simple and I show the steps I took to do so.

After logging into the Hashkings site, from the main game window I clicked on the arrow symbol located in the lower right corner (see image below).

Clicking on the arrow I indicated allows you to open the menu that you can see in the following image.

The packs that contain avatars are of two generations:

• G1 packs
• G2 packs.

Each pack contains 3 avatars.

The packs of the first generation have all been sold and therefore it is no longer possible to buy them from the Hashkings site.
Instead, the second generation packs (G2 Packs) are available for purchase and so I clicked on the chest symbol indicated by the arrow in the following image.

On the next screen I clicked on BUY PACKS as indicated by the arrow in the following image.

On the next screen I entered:

• the number of packs to buy: 10
• the referrer (optional choice)

As referrer I chose @h3m4n7 to thank him because in my previous post on Hashkings he wrote a comment in which he explained me a dynamic of the game that I did not know.

Then I clicked on PAY (follow the numbered arrows in the following image)

On the next screen (https://hivepay.io/pay/) I selected SWAP.HIVE as the payment method and then clicked on HiveKeychain as indicated by the numbered arrows in the following image.

On the next screen, I entered my Hive username and clicked Submit.

Then I authorized the transfer of the SWAP.HIVE by clicking on the CONFIRM button within the Hive Keychain window.

Next I clicked on OPEN PACKS as indicated by the arrow in the following image.

On the next screen I:

• entered the number of packs I purchased: 10 (arrow number 1 next image)
• clicked on the symbol of the bag with the writing DEPOSIT (arrow number 2 next image)
• I confirmed the operation on Hive Keychain (arrow number 3 next image)
• I clicked on the chest symbol (arrow number 4 next image)

On the next screen I clicked on NEXT PACK as indicated by the arrow in the following image.

And here are the avatars I found in my first open pack:

• PLANK-279
• TANK-420
• SPIKEBOT-208

With the opening of my first package I was very lucky because I found:

• 1 common avatar: PLANK-279
• 1 epic avatar: TANK-420
• 1 legendary avatar: SPIKEBOT-208

Let's see now together if I will be as lucky with the opening of the other 9 packs....

In the other 9 packs I didn't find any more legendary avatars but I did find 4 more epic avatars.
Now I have to send all my avatars in the Raids and I have to evaluate which avatars to combine but these will be the topics of my next post on Hashkings...

Ho iniziato la mia avventura ludica e di investimento su Hashkings l'8 febbraio 2022.
Lo stesso giorno ho scritto una breve introduzione al gioco, ho condiviso la scelta dei miei primi acquisti (NFT di tipo Land e NFT di tipo Seed) e ho spiegato anche i motivi delle mie scelte di acquisto (ROI annuale stimato).
Nello stesso post ho mostrato anche i passi che ho eseguito per piantare un NFT di tipo Seme in un NFT di tipo Land, operazione necessaria per iniziare ad accumulare le ricompense del gioco: My First Day, My First Purchases.

Oggi ho effettuato il mio quarto raccolto da quando sono diventato un giocatore di Hashkings.
La mia attività di produttore su Haskings, anche se piccola, è ormai un attività ben avviata perchè con le mie 4 carte Land riesco a produrre un numero sufficiente di token BUDS che mi consentono di far ripartire la produzione dopo ogni raccolto e allo stesso tempo mi consentono di avere anche un profitto settimanale.

E' quindi arrivato il momento di esplorare e provare un'altra modalità di gioco che offre Hashkings: Le Incursioni (Raids).

La modalità di gioco Raids è la prima espansione del gioco di Hashkings che ha introdotto una modalità di gioco differente da quella di farming.
Nella modalità di gioco Raids gli Avatars rivestono un ruolo importante.

Gli Avatars e la modalità Raids

Senza Avatar non è possibile iniziare l'attività di produttore agricolo ma per utilizzare un qualsiasi numero di NFT Land e per piantare un qualsiasi numero di NFT di tipo Seed è sufficiente avere un unico avatar e non è importante la rarità dell'avatar.

Nella modalità di gioco Raids gli avatars diventano decisamente più importanti rispetto alla modalità di gioco di farming e anche la rarità di un avatar diventa un elemento altrettanto importante.

Infatti ogni 24 ore è possibile inviare il proprio avatar nelle Raids dove l'avatar deve combattere contro un Boss.

La ricompensa per aver inviato l'avatar in combattimento è un certo quantitativo di token BUDS.
L'ammontare della ricompensa dipende dalle statistiche di gioco dell'avatar inviato nelle Raids.

Tutti gli avatar di Hashking appartengono ad uno specifico gruppo tra due gruppi possibili:

• prima generazione
• seconda generazione

Ogni avatar ha quattro attributi:

• XP
• POWER
• USAGE
• FINAL POWER

L'attributo XP è l'unico attributo importante sia nella modalità di gioco Farming che nella modalità di gioco Raids.
Gli attributi POWER, USAGE e FINAL POWER sono importanti esclusivamente nella modalità di gioco Raids.
L'attributo FINAL POWER è il risutltato della seguente formula: FP = (XP * POWER) / 100

Il valore degli attributi POWER e USAGE identifica la rarità dell'avatar.

Ad esempio per identificare la rarità degli avatar di seconda generazione valgono i seguenti intervalli di valori:

• Common Avatar:
  • Power range: 9.5 - 14.25
  • Usage: 7
• Rare Avatar:
  • Power range: 14.25 - 21.85
  • Usage: 6
• Epic Avatar:
  • Power range: 42.75 - 68.4
  • Usage: 4
• Legendary Avatar:

Le statistiche degli avatar sono migliorabili utilizzando la funzione FORGE che permette di combinare uno o più avatar.

Dato che un singolo avatar può essere impiegato una sola volta al giorno nelle Raids, per ottenere un maggior numero di ricompense dalle Raids è importante:

• avere avatar con ottimi attributi
• avere più avatar invece di uno.

Per questo motivo ho deciso di comprare 10 pacchi di avatar di seconda generazione (G2 PACKS) e ho colto l'occasione anche per scrivere una guida passo passo per mostrare i passi da eseguire per comprare un pacco di avatar dal sito di Hashkings.

Come comprare un pacco di avatars

- Guida Passo Passo -

Comprare un pacco di Avartar è semplice e mostro i passi che ho eseguito per farlo.

Dopo essermi loggato al sito di Hashkings, dalla finestra principale del gioco ho cliccato sul simbolo della freccia situato in basso a destra (vedi immagine seguente).

Il clic sulla freccia permette di aprire il menu che puoi vedere nell'immagine seguente.

I pacchi che contengono avatar sono di due generazioni:

• G1 packs
• G2 packs

Ogni pacco contiene 3 avatars.

I pacchi della prima generazione sono stati tutti venduti e quindi non è possibile più acquistarli dal sito di Hashkings.
Sono invece disponibili all'acquisto i pacchi della seconda generazione (G2 Packs) e quindi ho cliccato sul simbolo del forziere indicato dalla freccia nell'immagine seguente.

Nella schermata successiva ho cliccato su BUY PACKS come indicato dalla freccia nell'immagine seguente.

Nella schermata successiva ho inserito:

• il numero dei pacchi da acquistare: 10
• il referrer (scelta opzionale)

Come referrer ho scelto @h3m4n7 per ringraziarlo perchè nel mio precedente post su Hashkings mi ha scritto un commento in cui mi ha spiegato una dinamica del gioco che non conoscevo.

Poi ho cliccato su PAY (segui le frecce numerate nell'immagine seguente)

Nella schermata successiva (https://hivepay.io/pay/) ho selezionato come metodo di pagamento SWAP.HIVE e poi ho cliccato su HiveKeychain come indicato dalle frecce numerate nell'immagine seguente.

Nella schermata successiva ho inserito il mio nome utente di Hive e ho cliccato su Submit

Poi ho autorizzato il trasferimento degli SWAP.HIVE cliccando sul tasto CONFIRM all'interno della finestra di Hive Keychain.

Dopo ho cliccato su OPEN PACKS come indicato dalla freccia nell'immagine seguente.

Nella schermata successiva ho:

• inserito il numero dei pacchi da me acquistati: 10 (freccia numero 1 immagine seguente)
• cliccato sul simbolo del sacco con la scritta DEPOSIT (freccia numero 2 immagine seguente)
• ho confermato l'operazione su Hive Keychain (freccia numero 3 immagine seguente)
• ho cliccato sul simbolo del forziere (freccia numero 4 immagine seguente)

Nella schermata successiva ho cliccato su NEXT PACK come indicato dalla freccia nell'immagine seguente.

Ed ecco gli avatar che ho trovato nel mio primo pacco aperto:

• PLANK-279
• TANK-420
• SPIKEBOT-208

Con l'apertura del mio primo pacco sono stato molto fortunato perchè ho trovato:

• 1 avatar comune: PLANK-279
• 1 avatar epico: TANK-420
• 1 avatar leggendario: SPIKEBOT-208

Vediamo adesso insieme se sarò altrettanto fortunato con l'apertura degli altri 9 pacchi...

Negli altri 9 pacchi non ho trovato altri avatar leggendari ma ho trovato altri 4 avatar epici.
Adesso devo inviare tutti i miei avatar nelle Raids e devo valutare quali avatar combinare ma questi saranno gli argomenti di un mio prossimo post su Hashkings...
