You might not be important to everyone but to some people, you are the most important part of their lives puzzle which they need the most and without you there, their lives might not or will not be complete. You yourself might not know the part you fit but to them, they are nothing without you.

Don't feel bad if some people look down on you as if you are nothing, they just think like that because you don't hold any value to their lives and it is better to keep your distance from people like that before the bring you down with their words. To them they see you from their own perspective and they will never know how it makes you feel and how it's affecting another person's life.
