Temporary Market In The Evening

It has been a tradition in our country in the fasting month. People will hunt some snacks in the evening before the fasting break. Fasting break usually starts at 6.00 in the evening. People will go to streets and look for some traditional snacks and drinks.

The food sellers earn much money in a short time. They will open their food counters at 4.00 in the afternoon. There are various snacks. Some sellers offer cold mixed fruits drinks.

The price of each food is different. It depends on the size and the ingredients. Children like to shop in this temporary market.

The temporary market is only in the fasting month. After the month, there are sellers on this area. There are also temporary food sellers. They do not sell food in usual days. They usually work but in the fasting month they make profit from selling snacks. That is one reason why there are many new sellers in the temporary marketplace here.

There are also fresh fruit sellers. It is a rambutan seller. Rambutan is tropical fruit. It is sweet. The flesh is white but the fruit is covered with red hairy skin. A bunch of rambutan is around $0.7. It is about a kilo. Rambutan sellers always sell fresh fruits. They have just picked the fruits from the tree.

I rode home. The side of the street is rice field. It is green. The rice plants haven't bear the seed yet. There are some riders who want to hunt snacks in the temporary marketplace.
