How Kids Deal With The Rain

It rained heavily this afternoon. I arrived home from a class in the middle of the day. The cloud looked white but thick. After about a half an hour, there was heavy rain. The water flew onto the street near my house.
I heard noises outside on the street. There were some kids playing in the rain. The children swam, ran, and played in the brown water.
The rain lasted for about 2 hours, which was why the water from the sewers overflowed into the streets. The water was a big problem for me, but not for the kids. They used the overflowing water as the swimming pool.
Kids have different views when facing a situation. They think from a fun perspective. They do not care about the dirty water. When they saw overflowing water on the street, they thought of something that would make them laugh. Yes.... then they made the street the new play ground.
I sometimes want to think like a kid, but it is not easy. Kids can handle every situation with a smile. In fact, I find it difficult to see things with a pleasant mind. Maybe I should learn a lot from the kids. Every kid will think about having fun. We as parents shape our kids with burdensome school tasks and change the nature of fun life into serious problem solving skills. I think we are so cruel to our kids.
