I remember listening to this song when I was still an amateur at playing the guitar. I tried learning those sweet guitar rhythms, and I consistently practiced the lead guitar solo lines so that I mastered them and could play them along with the song anytime I heard the song or anytime I played it on my phone. It didn't just make me better at my mastery of the guitar; it also made me love the song more.

Well, when I began to play the saxophone, I noticed one silly mistake that was made in the video of the song. The video began with a lady playing a saxophone, but if you look closely, you'll discover that the mouthpiece of the saxophone wasn't attached to the saxophone (lol). I wonder who told them to make such an obvious error. Well, only saxophonists would easily spot it out. But it could have been avoided if she had placed the saxophone and still blow the rubbish she was blowing (lol).

Well, I always longed to hear this song during worship sessions because of the closer attachment and love I grew for it. It's wonderful lyrics speak about God as the Lion that protects his own people and blesses their land. While, in one way, we may say that the artist just focused on God blessing and guarding the Igbo tribe and their land, from a different perspective, we can see it as God blessing and guarding His children no matter their tribe or ethnicity. It also speaks about God as the mighty One and that the God we serve is truly a warrior and a winner.

I hope you enjoy this piece.
