Hive Music Festival - Week 40 - Round 1 | Perfect by Ed Sheeran (Cover)

Hello everyone, it is another week on Music Zone community with our unique Hive Music Festival event, week 40 round 01.
For a long time, I've been so used to playing guitar covers, and this requires that I learn/practice only the chord progressions and melody of the song, without being bothered about the lyrics of the song. However, I still find this kind of cover more difficult. This is because it always requires that I make two or more videos; one for the chords, and another for Melody of the song, and sometimes an extra solo or harmony part. After making the videos, I'll have to edit the audio via an Audio Editing Software to mix and balance the sounds. Then, the final part will be the video editing of all videos. It is definitely a long process that usually takes me at least 6 full hours to complete.
Looking back at this, I don’t feel that I fully appreciated or enjoyed these songs as I ought to.
I believe that in as much as the chords and melody of a song can take us deeper in the mood of the song, there is something really special and great in meaningful lyrics.
Let's take this as an example: after buying a wonderful land and building a beautiful mansion in it, there's need to put furniture in the house. This furniture will add to the beauty of the house, especially the internal part. Likewise, I believe lyrics are like the furniture that are needed to make the house more habitable and comfortable.
Presently, as I've begun to explore Playing instruments while Singing, I've come to appreciate these songs more and the depth of meaning in their lyrics.

Durante mucho tiempo, he estado muy acostumbrado a tocar covers de guitarra, y esto requiere que aprenda / practique sólo las progresiones de acordes y la melodía de la canción, sin preocuparme por la letra de la canción. Sin embargo, este tipo de versión me sigue pareciendo más difícil. Esto se debe a que siempre requiere que haga dos o más vídeos; uno para los acordes, y otro para la melodía de la canción, y a veces un solo extra o una parte de armonía. Después de hacer los vídeos, tendré que editar el audio con un programa de edición de audio para mezclar y equilibrar los sonidos. Luego, la parte final será la edición de vídeo de todos los vídeos. Sin duda, es un proceso largo que me suele llevar al menos 6 horas completas.
Mirando atrás, no creo haber apreciado o disfrutado estas canciones como debería.
Creo que, por mucho que los acordes y la melodía de una canción nos lleven a lo más profundo del estado de ánimo de la canción, hay algo realmente especial y grandioso en una letra significativa.
Tomemos esto como ejemplo: después de comprar un terreno maravilloso y construir en él una hermosa mansión, hay que poner muebles en la casa. Estos muebles añadirán belleza a la casa, especialmente a la parte interior. Del mismo modo, creo que las letras son como los muebles que se necesitan para hacer la casa más habitable y confortable.
Actualmente, cuando he empezado a explorar la posibilidad de tocar instrumentos mientras canto, he llegado a apreciar más estas canciones y la profundidad del significado de sus letras.
