Hi guys, Necrozark here, sharing my strategy and experiences on low mana cap games. On this ruleset, it's either we pick quality or quantity. Quality for getting a high mana cost OP monster and for quantity getting low mana cap monster so we can use more monster on the field.

If this splinters are available, I really have high win rate. I only lose if I am in the silver leage and the enemy has max level monsters and summoners.

STRATEGY

In low mana games, we can always expect that the enemy will either go OP high mana monster or more monsters with low mana cost. However, since the game is riddled with BOTS, I noticed that they always use high mana cost monsters in this rulesets, and even if I'm wrong, my line up can still challenge the enemy splinters.

Since we are going to go for quantity, we will have more monster with low HP and low damage, and we need them to live longer. Thus, getting LORNA SHINE as a summoner is really a must, if you want to get them to live longer waste an enemy monster first attack/turn.

Now, we need to counter a monster with the THORNS ability that the bots mostly use, and the best counter for that is having PELACOR CONJURER, since he does not have a damage, he wont be affected by the THORNS ability, and having high HP and SPEED with make him an excellent tank even if the enemy went for magic damage or better if the enemy went for range/melee, his ability Flying can make the enemy miss their attacks. We also need a magic damage monster that can slowly damage/kill that enemy monster, the best monster for that is DAX PARAGON.

Lastly, we need monsters that can kill the enemy backline if they did not go for a single high mana monster. And for that we need monster with Sneak and Opportunity abilities which is STICTH LEECH, URAEUS and CELESTIAL HARPY.

This monsters/lineup will give you high win rate against any lineup in low mana cap games, you just need to position them correctly and if some of them are not available you can switch things up. If there is still excess mana available you can place GARGOYA SCRAPPER or CREEPING OOZE. If you have CHICKEN and SOUL FIEND make sure to use them as well, because they will give you an advantage.

I also tried using high mana cost monster and these are the matches. Unfortunately, I lost, because I got outplayed. However, if I used my life deck line up, I would've won.
