Today I want to mention and talk about a topic that is of great importance for all cryptocurrency investors, simply investing in DeFi can be something totally great in the long term, but I must mention that this has many risks, but it also has many benefits, one of the things we have to keep in mind when we invest in DeFi is that we make a bad investment in a cryptocurrency that has no utility or value, for example, recently I have seen some cryptocurrencies that have been a scam in the past, this means that the developers of this cryptocurrency have disappeared and already the cryptocurrency does not have a utility, the same we have to keep in mind in our investment in DeFi guys.

Risks of investing in DeFi

We all know that finance is all about investment, whenever I talk about any kind of investment I like to mention that the best idea to invest is long term, always keeping in mind compound interest, because that's simply how investments work, many of us know that DeFi technology can give us annual returns of over 100%, that's something we can easily find in PancakeSwap for example.

From my point of view, the master scam in DeFi may be in the DEX of Uniswap guys, but why? Simply, this DEX allows to list any cryptocurrency without prior permission, it is fully decentralized and, therefore, very dangerous, guys.

Now, the master scam in DeFi is to create a cryptocurrency that offers great investment returns in the short term and then attract as many investors as possible, then we can simply disappear when these investors buy our cryptocurrency, I have named Uniswap why simply I have read some articles that claim that in Uniswap many programmers install backdoors in the cryptocurrency code and keep investors' funds and this is totally terrible.

Benefits of investing in DeFi

The benefits of investing in DeFi can be very good in the long term, as long as we make a good investment, a good investment from my point of view can be to buy a cryptocurrency that has a very wide utility, because surely this cryptocurrency can increase a lot its value in the future. As many know, when I talk about investments I like to invest in the long term and to obtain an annual return of 35% we can find it very easily and make use of compound interest for 25 years.
