Auch im Januar gehen wieder 250 € an zwei gute Zwecke.
In diesem Artikel gab es eine Beschreibung der Vereine und die Abstimmung über die Kommentare.

Zwerg Nase Zentrum
Im zweiten Monat dabei reichen der Zwergnase Zentrums gGmbH 8 Stimmen und insgesamt 569 % für den ersten Platz.
Damit gehen die 150 € an Zwergnase und helfen schwerstkranken Kindern und jungen Erwachsenen ein schönes zu Hause zu bieten.

In the second month, Zwergnase Zentrums gGmbH received 8 votes and a total of 569% which classifies for first place.
This means that the €150 will go to Zwergnase and help to provide a beautiful home for seriously ill children and young adults.
Taking Hands Namibia - Deutschland e.V.
Ebenfalls zum zweiten Mal dabei belegt Taking Hands mit 4 Stimmen und 331 % den zweiten Platz. Knapp for der Diakonie Rüsselsheim.
Mit den 100 € reichen ungefähr um ein Kind in der Betreuung für ein Jahr mit Lebensmitteln zu versorgen. Danke an @solarwarrior, der mich auf diesen Projekt aufmerksam gemacht hat.

Also participating for the second time, Taking Hands took second place with 4 votes and 331%. Just ahead of Diakonie Rüsselsheim.
The €100 is roughly enough to provide a child in care with food for a year. Thanks to @solarwarrior for drawing my attention to this project.
Wenige Abstimmungen
Ich habe versprochen, auch in 2024 weiter zu spenden, und das mache ich von Herzen gerne. Ich bin aber am überlegen, ob dieses Format so noch Sinn macht.
Die Idee hier auf Hive nicht nur zu fragen, welche Organisationen Spenden erhalten sollen, sondern die Community auch abstimmen zu lassen, fanden viele super.
Tatsächlich abgestimmt haben in 2023 jedoch nur etwa 30-40 unterschiedliche Leute. Im Januar fand das seinen traurigen Tiefpunkt mit nun 5 Leute, die insgesamt 6 Stimmen abgegeben haben. Gleichzeitig, hat der Artikel mit der Abstimmung 165 Upvotes erhalten.
Das zeigt mir, dass mein Engagement für andere zwar geschätzt und unterstützt wird, die Abstimmung aber eigentlich nicht wirklich.
Daher werde ich das Format in Zukunft wieder ein wenig anpassen. Wahrscheinlich ziehe ich auch die Spendenartikel komplett auf den anderen Account um, auf dem ich die HBD Savings fürs nachhaltige Spenden anlegen möchte.

I've promised to continue donating in 2024, and I'm more than happy to do so. But I'm wondering whether this format still makes sense.
The idea here on Hive of not only asking which organisations should receive donations, but also letting the community vote, was a great idea.
However, only around 30-40 different people actually voted in 2023. In January, this reached its sad low point with 5 people casting a total of 6 votes. At the same time, the article with the vote received 165 upvotes.
This shows me that although my commitment to others is appreciated and supported, the vote is not really appreciated.
I will therefore adapt the format a little in future. I will probably also move the donation articles completely to the other account where I want to create the HBD Savings for sustainable donations.
I'll let you know as soon as that's finalised and hope for your continued support.
