Considering the fact that both have more pros than cons, I would personally recommend both options.

I agree with you here having both investment is a good idea. But I also considered the fact hive power will also develop other users and communities in that way hive will be on a bullish run because liquidity will be provided for hive itself. I will simply go for investment more on hive power for future purpose.
