Hello Splinterlands friends, one more week I am with you all in this new post to tell you about a new battle condition. This time it's the turn of Broken Arrows.

What is the "BROKEN ARROWS" condition?

When this condition is active we will not be able to use ranged attack cards.

Cuando esta condición está activa no podremos usar cartas de ataque a distancia.

How to get advantage

Let's see some tips that can help us to win a combat when this condition is active:

• Since we will not be able to use ranged attack cards we can focus on selecting a summoner that improves or reduces the melee or magic attacks.
• First of all we must use a card as a tank with a lot of vitality and shield so that the attacks are absorbed first by the shield and if it has the ability Void much better since the magic attacks will be reduced.
• Using cards that repair the shield is also a very good strategy, it is always important to carry cards like Scavo Hireling.
• It is also very useful cards with the ability Tank Heal when we use cards with a lot of vitality in first position.
• Cards with abilities like Headwings or Return Fire should be avoided.

Cómo obtener ventaja

Veamos unos consejos que nos pueden ayudar a ganar un combate cuando esta activa esta condición:

• Ya que no se podrán usar cartas de ataque a distancia nos podemos centrar en seleccionar un invocador que mejore o reduzca los ataques cuerpo a cuerpo o mágicos.
• En primer lugar debemos usar una carta como tanque mucha vitalidad y escudo para que los ataques sean absorbidos primero por el escudo y si tiene la habilidad Void mucho mejor ya que los ataques mágicos se verán reducidos.
• Hacer uso de cartas que reparen el escudo también es una muy buena estrategia, siempre es importante llevar cartas tipo Scavo Hireling.
• También es de mucha utilidad cartas con la habilidad Tank Heal cuando usamos cartas con mucha vitalidad en primera posición.
• Cartas con habilidades como Headwings o Return Fire debemos evitar usarlas.

A Battle with "BROKEN ARROWS" condition

Mana Cap: 12 # Rules: Stampede - Earthquake - Broken Arrows

This time I have shared a low mana cost battle that is marked by the battle condition Earthquake. I must use cards that can survive this condition, without being able to use ranged attack cards and also with so little mana I won't be able to use very resistant cards. Let's see what I can come up with.

Esta vez he compartido una batalla de bajo coste de maná y que viene marcada por la condición de batalla Earthquake. Debo usar cartas que puedan sobrevivir a esta condición, sin poder usar cartas de ataque a distancia y además con tan poco maná no podré usar cartas muy resistentes. A ver que se me ocurre.

Round 1

My enemy plays with the card Ever-Hungry Skull which will avoid the damage by Earthquake although its only life point makes it vulnerable to magic attacks, luckily I decided to play with Musa Saline so in this first turn with a hit from her I manage to destroy her card and definitely end her strategy.

Mi enemigo juega con la carta Ever-Hungry Skull que evitará el daño por Earthquake aunque si único punto de vida la hace vulnerable a los ataques mágicos, suerte que decidí jugar con Musa Saline así que en este primer turno con un golpe de ella consigo destruir su carta y definitivamente acabar con su estrategia.

Round 2

Musa Saline gains life with every kill and I benefit from the deaths of my weakest cards, **Hardy Stonefish, Torrent Fiend and Furious Chicken.

Musa Saline gana vida con cada muerte y me veo beneficiado por las muertes de mis cartas más débiles, **Hardy Stonefish, Torrent Fiend y Furious Chicken.

Round 3

The third turn is the last and I easily destroy Crypt Beetle the only creature my enemy was counting on.

El tercer turno es el último y fácilmente destruyo a Crypt Beetle la única criatura con la que contaba mi enemigo.

My opinion

My opponent played all on one card Ever-Hungry Skull but I was lucky enough to put Musa Saline if it hadn't been for her I would have lost the fight. Sometimes we get lucky with these decisions or others can go wrong, so in Splinterlands luck is also a factor to take into account.

Mi oponente se jugó todo a una sola carta Ever-Hungry Skull pero tuve la suerte de poner a Musa Saline si no hubiera sido por ella hubiera perdido el combate. A veces tenemos suerte con esta decisiones o otras nos puede salir mal, por eso en Splinterlands la suerte también es un factor a tener muy en cuenta.
