Introduction to the post

With this post of mine from this week's social media challenge, I'm going to talk about the SPS, its utilities and the updates it received last week and which caused small discomfort in the splinterlands community.

SPS and its utilities

Splintershards(SPS) is the native token of Splinterlands since a long time, which had an airdrop for those who had Dark Energy Crystals(DEC), within their Splinterlands accounts, It is currently possible to earn the token in battles and in guild fights, And there is also an SPS stake within Splinterlands, which also gives you voting power over major in-game decisions based on the amount of SPS you have in Stake.

Last week's events

On the 15th, the SPS staking proposal was presented at Town Hall, I'll leave the link below for those who haven't seen it yet.

In the general view, we had a big drop in active players in the last few days, of course we can say that a large part was bots stopping playing, but we had an increase in daily battles, and this is due to players!!, who saw bots stopping playing and were encouraged to play again.

This will be very good especially for modern players, who in general are newbies and this should increase their gameplay quality and other intermediate players like (me), being quite honest I was a little confused by the news in the first hour , but after seeing that this news affected splinterlands gameplay for the better, I'm pretty happy and excited for what's to come from now on.

Com esse meu post dessa semana de social media challenge vou falar sobre o SPS suas utilidades e as atualizações que ele recebeu na última semana e que causou um pequeno desconforto na comunidade splinterlands.

Splintershards(SPS) é o token nativo do Splinterlands desde muito tempo, o qual teve um airdrop para aqueles que tinham Dark Energy Cristals(DEC), dentro das suas contas Splinterlands, Atualmente é possível ganhar o token em batalhas e em brigas na guilda, E há tbm um stake para o SPS dentro do Splinterlands, o qual também te dá poder de voto, sobre grandes decisões dentro do game com base na quantidade de SPS que você tem em Stake.

Na visão geral tivemos uma grande queda de players ativos nos últimos dias, claro que podemos afirmar que grande parte foram bots parando de jogar, porém tivemos um aumento nas batalhas diárias, e isso se deve a players!!, que viram bots parando de jogar e se animaram a jogar novamente.

Isso vai ser muito bom principalmente para jogadores do modern, que em geral são novatos e isso deve aumentar a qualidade de jogo deles e outros jogadores intermediários como (eu), sendo bem sincero fiquei um pouco confuso com a notícia na primeira hora, mas depois de ver de como essa notícia afetou a jogabilidade de splinterlands para a melhor, estou muito feliz e animado com o que está por vir daqui para frente.
