-You won't survive Arthur, it's just a matter of surrender. There is no need to try to become a Martyr. This world will barely remember what you are trying to do, but it will only be a matter of time before you are forgotten.

Arthur's crystalline eyes, his bloodied mouth, and his battered body had been the witnesses to mercilessly taking the blows for maintaining loyalty to those he loved.

Above the pain, his bravery and courage rose. He knew that everything he was doing would result in restoring good, to avoid the havoc he and others had wreaked on the world.

His sighs, slow, sluggish, limp, made it so that he could barely get a few words out.

Walker lowered his face so that he could hear what she was babbling:

-Wal... Wally my friend. Yeah, I'm getting a little tired of, of seeing so much misery, and, I don't know, I don't know why you still support this whole evil plan. Wally, there are still good people, there's still you, there's still me....

Walker's heart felt a little shudder as he heard those words. He had heard them once before when he and Arthur were building the program, the laughter between them, and their plan to give hope amidst all the chaos they were living, made the days they were working on it the most exciting.

-Arthur, you don't deserve this. I, I just want to help you, but, the only way is if you can tell me where those codes are, there is no other way. We have worked together for this, and I still continue to stand by your side, I just, I just want this all to end.

-Wally," Arthur gasped as he tried to look his partner in the eye, "This, this wasn't what we designed this project for, we just, we just wanted, we wanted....

Tears began to fall on the floor. The wounds caused on Arthur's face, along with the ones he had suffered on his chest, counted every final second of him, seconds in which he was trying to buy time for the program they together, to finally erase.

-Give our children one last chance, but, this, this is just going to finish them off, and, neither you nor I have the right to do it.

Before he could say anything else, someone appeared on the scene....

-Wal... You're still convincing this ungrateful guy to give you his cheap codes? Mmm, let me guess, he sure is trying to convince you that there is hope and all that bullshit you 2 were always talking about? Don't be naive, it's because of you that this situation got this far. there is no hope for anyone! Understand that Wal.

And you - Arthur looked at him - You bastard, you have caused all this misfortune, you have just been a headache for everyone....

Brent put his boot on Arthur's neck, who only moaned in pain. Walker hid his sorrow at seeing his friend in that unfortunate situation, which could have been different if he had not changed his plan suddenly, which brought him to that situation.

-Brent... he whispered.

-Unless you tell us where the damn codes are, I don't want to hear another word about it Arthur. Come on folks, let's get this over with once and for all, I assure you it's going to get better.

-Brent... Neither you, nor anyone else, can do this you want, you have, you have no right, to, to cause this evil. They will suffer, even those you love. Your father too Wally, your little daughter, they will all suffer if they do this.

-Damn it! I've had enough of you.

He squeezed his neck harder, until that sound reached where they were...

Entiendelo Wal.

Sufriran, incluso aquellos a quienes amas.
