Quand le ras-le-bol s'installe
Nous écrivons ce petit post de notre lieux de travail de bon matin , quand on vous fait venir juste histoire de dire que vous venez.
Ce matin , en 10 min , l'ouverture des bâtiments de mon entreprise a été faite , nous devons ensuite juste attendre 7h30 pour finir la mission du matin , du coup on aurait pus dormir, au lieux de nous faire venir pour rien , mais bon quand on le dis , on nous répond, bah vous êtes payés.
On va ce retenir d'insulter la direction, mais ça fait des mois que l'on viens pour attendre, et en plus les heures nous font perdre notre revenu d'handicap d'état , on as officiellement démissionné, on finis nos avenant, a la fin du mois et on cherche un autre boulot, venir avec des heures a coupure, pour ne rien faire , je peux aussi rien faire chez moi .
Et avec le revenu d'handicap on n'y perdrais que 150 euro , qui serais compensée en aide au logement, alors autant faire le feignant comme il disent a l'assurance.
Même si les revenue mettent 3 mois derrière a ce régulariser du fait que les aides social française fonctionne en trimestrel, pas grave , parceque la ce travail commence à nous épuisé physiquement, avec ses horaires a coupure de merde , on travaille de 5h30 du matin a 20h , et dans les coupure ms on n'as pas le temps de faire grand choses , ni d'avoir vraiment de vie social , avoir une femme c'est bien mais la voir c'est mieux non ??
Ça commence à nous abimé aussi psychologiquement, de venir et de passer la plupart du temps a attendre comme un con que le temps passe , je pourrais le faire à la maison , ou avec la famille amis ect ..
En plus ont a déjà trouvé un autre travail qui commence cette été , que les matin , 8h 12h , a s'occupé de plantes , et au pire si on re travail pas directement sa nous fera une pause vacance , ça fait longtemps on en as pas pris .
A choisir entre la santé physique et mental ou l'argent , le choix est fait sa sera la santé.
Nous avons mis nos conditions sur la lettre de démission, si il ne veux pas nous baisser nos heures et nous faire arrêter les heures a coupure et bien tchao .
Bref ce matin on en as marre .
