My poor alarm

For starters this prompt is a bit funny, I chuckled when I saw it on my feed, and thinking of how my alarm would react if it had the opportunity to see it made me laugh really hard.

My alarm does a lot of job in coping with me because if the tables were turned I wouldn’t want to stick with such a person like me😂

It’s so funny how I set my alarm clock, I set it every 30 minutes or 10 minutes apart. A friend of mine saw this one day and couldn’t contain his laughter as he took a look at my alarm list again and laughed really hard. All I could do was stand there trying to comprehend the reason for his laughter and when I discovered that it was my alarm list I also couldn’t help but laugh as it just doesn’t make sense.

I am so used to setting my alarm for every little thing. I could set alarm for my meetings, errands, waking up, and more. I find it very useful especially if I need it to remind me of a very important meeting. I do not have any issue with my alarm ringing for these various activities but I think we both tend to have issues when it comes to waking me up especially when I am tired.

I think if my alarm could talk it would tell the world various things, it definitely will lash out as I have been unfair to it. My alarm would start by saying; “She keeps making me wake her up but wakes up to shut me up and go back to bed every single time.”
My Alarm is already tired of me but we in this together and no one has the right to remove another from the equation.

Setting my alarm 30 minutes or 10 minutes apart can be equated to the traffic light. The first ring screams “Stop sleeping”, the second ring says “Get ready” and the last ring screams with a megaphone “Go! Go! Go!” Sometimes I listen to it other times I angrily turn it off and hiss and in that moment if it could talk it would have yelled “You’re impossible!” Oh yeah, I am😃

Is it just me or does our alarm ring at the wrong time? One minute you’re enjoying your sweet sleep, you’re probably chilling on one island in Lala land and the next minute your alarm whisks you out of this dream of yours, and going back to such a dream is almost impossible, you wake up and you are left with nothing but annoyance for your alarm.

Whoever invented alarm clocks did a good job as it has saved me from a lot of trouble but sometimes they can be really annoying!
