Recap - Breads:How To Keep Your Community Engaged After Mint

Hello everyone, I am very excited to write and share this wonderful post with you guys once again and today I will be writing a recap post on the show which was hosted by Breads recently. I missed the show due to tiredness from work and I am very glad that I still have the opportunity to earn the rewards for that. The topic for this space was "How many communities have you seen vanish after mint?" So basically they discussed the topic of how to keep your community active and more engaging as before and after mint.

There were a lot of speakers on this show and that was what made it a longer show of course. 3 good hours isn't easy to be on just a space, wow, that was great. There were a lot of ideas shared from the show, and I can recall one of the speakers mentioned the fact that some community leaders minimize their energy as compared to the amount of energy they begin with. This is really true because a lot of members want to see the kind of energy that you began with as you launched the community and that can serve as a motivation for the members.

Another good point was the partnership with other communities for development, this is indeed a great way of achieving vibrant and active members of your community. This is one unique aspect of INLEO that a lot of people do not know, I like the partnership aspect of the INLEO project where they always try to get in touch with others in order to partner and work together with them by providing them with some kind of delegation or something of such to lure them join their community.

Again there should be incentives or rewards given to members that are participating in your comment, you can run giveaways once in a while so it will keep them motivated and engaged more. Don't be too stingy in rewarding the participants of your giveaways, try to make it more luring to them so they can participate every time you run it. You can make it a weekly basis and also make sure you diversify your rewards so they don't get bored of seeing one person as a winner always.

Running weekly shows on Discord is a great way of keeping your community more engaging aside from the engagement on the Hive blockchain like the comments they put out there. You can add some incentives to that whenever you host such a program and that will motivate and encourage them more to take part every week.

Transparency is key and you should always try to clarify things to your community members so that they don't have any doubts about whatever you are doing in the community. Try to always have a weekly report that will clarify everything that is going on in the community even if the finances can be included that is fine enough to prove how dedicated and trust you have for your members.

The show was an amazing one and I really enoyed playing it back to have this recap post done. Thank you all for your time once again.
