The current capital is bursting with population. Sanitation has become the worst problem to solve due to the sheer volume of waste being produced. And with that, it led to ease of spreading of communicable diseases.

All these signs of capital unable to handle the population started to worsen and the government had no choice but to start looking for land suitable to setup a new capital. With multiple working sessions, the government finally passed the bill and started to work on the new capital, with promise to each all the problems in the current one.

Day by day, the new capital was taking shape and many things start migrating over. Development go really fast and soon, the citizens now refer to the old capital as the other capital as it was considered as a place to remember.
