My Experience With Onboarding A Professional Content Developer

Being in this kind of platform I found it interesting to share with anyone I see with a means to be on it. Most times when I see someone with an Android phone I get to see them as a potential Hivian, I don't stop at that I try to push my way through telling them what the platform all stands phone. Instead of this lady to allow me show her way around the system she was just exploring and getting herself into diverse troubles. I felt so bad and decided to be calm, it got to a point she was now trying to coach me on the system while she have not made her first post sef.

Main, I calmed my nerves to watch how it will all unfold, shortly she walked out herself and till date she didn't make that introductory post. What I regret is the money I used in signing her up.

A few things I learnt from that Experience

Most people who claim to know it all don't have the patience to learn. More to that someone who don't have a reachable spirit don't go far in learning new things.

As job is not a get rich quick venture, not everyone will like to pattner with it because it does not promise so much to her users

My default mode to new users is such that I have to see your interest before I sign you up. Then you have to first write your introductory post before I even sign your username on the system. After the introductory post I make such to pass you through a rough road so you understand by yourself that it is not a child's play.
