Don't Make Haste To jump Into Conclusion

Happy weekend hive learners, and I wish you success in your career and business.
When I woke up this morning, I realized that I was supposed to write a hive learners featured contest which is 'the accused'. This simply means that we should talk about any case where we have been accused wrongly😭😭😭😭.
There are circumstances where abuse is inevitable in our lives; but, the so-called 'abused' often happen to young ones rather than the old ones.
In my culture, even when the elders are doing wrong things, you can't abuse them. The highest thing you can do is to call such an elderly man in a respectful manner; find ways to correct him/her.
If you directly attack such elderly man, you have disrespected him.
But it is very easy for an elderly one to abuse young ones; either such a young man is right or wrong. This is because it is highly acceptable for old people to scold young ones in my society.
I read @treasuree post; wrote a comment that 'older people never want the young ones to point accusing fingers at them even when they are wrong'. This is probably 100% sure, they refused to be blamed by young ones. When such things happen to them, it is a shame and disgrace. Treasure couldn't get herself for a week because she lied against her; if the woman eventually agreed that what she did was wrong and people accused her, she may not get herself for a month.
My office is not that big but we have non- teaching staff working with us such as security personnel and they are about four, cleaners, Clarks, secretaries, etc.
My assumption of duty was January 7th, 2021. With just 2 years in the organization, my level is more than the non-teaching staff that have spent 20 years in service.
It happened that our cleaner called G
Mrs. Grace, who was cleaning the offices and the toilet, was getting angry because of the way staff were using the toilet.
Whenever she came to the office to clean the toilet, she only found the toilet! messing up by staff- defecate and urinate without flushing. No matter how hard she worked to maintain cleanliness; at the end of the day, she found out that the toilet was messed up 😅😅😅.
She went to the principal, who was the Director, and complained about what she always encountered. The principal summoned a meeting for all the staff to address the issues.

He encouraged us to use the toilet wisely; and he made sure the water was running 24/7 in the school because some of the staff complained that there was no water supply in the school which may result in that unhygienic way. He supplied tissue papers and antiseptic such as Dettor liquid to all the toilets 👍👍👍.
The principal said, "If a staff member is behaving like this, how could such a staff scold or talk to a dirty student? The students are watching us and have taken some of us as a role model; if such a student finds out that a teacher who he/she takes as a role model is doing something like that, she/ he may copy such bad habits.
"I heard a student one day that he wants to be like Mr. Jade; whereas Mr. Jade was one of the teachers with nonchalant attitudes, he was always late to school, clubbing and smoking sativa cannabis and cigarettes. I'm sure if that student finds out that his role model was clubbing and smoking, he will smoke. Please, if there is anyone who is messing up the toilet, let such a person change".

The meeting ended. After a few days, the toilets were messed up again; then, the cleaner decided to luck all the school toilets for two days🔑🔑🔑.
Since we did not know the person who messed it up; and the cleaner was seriously annoyed, no one went to her to collect toilet keys. Whenever a staff member wants to use the toilet, such a person has to go to staff quarters.
Well!! The distance between the staff quarters and the office was a 7-minute walk. Hence, if someone has Dysentery, feces would have stained his/her boxers/pants before reaching the staff quarters.

Mrs. Grace, who was our cleaner, was looking for a scape goat.
Therefore, there was a day I was in the school till 6:00pm; I visited the toilet to defecate, I found out that the whole toilet was messed up again 😭😭😭. I wanted to be like a good Samaritan man; I opened the tab to flush the feces, there was no water in the tap. I went to the main tank to get water to flush someone's feces, the tank was empty.
Since I could no longer hold myself, I ran to a nearby bush instead of a staff quarters. I defecated peacefully and continued my work in the office.
Though I don't like using public toilets, I use them when I have no other options.

I never knew Mrs. Grace was looking at me; she thought I used the toilet without flushing it.
The next day, she came to school, and found out that the toilet was messed up and she saw me coming out of the toilet with rubber to search for water.
She didn't even ask me any questions; she accused me of using the toilet without flushing it.
She said, "It is crystal clear that I was the person messing the whole toilet up all these days, I caught you red handed yesterday. I saw you when you came out of the toilet with a bucket, you are one of the dirtiest men on Earth, I don't know the example you are lying down for all these students since you could do something like this. You are a foolish and dirty man."
While the students were looking at me, the other teaching staff were also looking at me.
I told her that it was not me that messed the toilet up, I saw it yesterday and I was searching for water to flush it.
When I was trying to express myself, she took it so seriously. I believe if I was a non-teaching staff member, she would have slapped me.
When I went to my office, she followed me, shouting "dirty young man". I received the highest insult of my life.

There was nothing I could say to her or staff members that they could believe me.
Everyone was asking me "was it me?"

I began to get angry in my spirit because I knew it wasn't me, I wanted to be a good Samaritan.

After 4 hours, one of the staff members said, "I saw the feces there yesterday when I went to the toilet. It wasn't him."
Because of the issues, since one of her sons was my learner; I refused to give him continuous assessment (CA) which dropped him to fifth 30th position and above which he took the second position in the previous term that qualified him to represent the school in mathematics and science competitions.

I only recorded his exam which was 42/60 marks and Continuous assessment (CA) was 40 marks. Therefore, he had 42/100 in mathematics and 44/100 in Basic Science😡😡😡.
I don't want to see her son whenever I'm facilitating learning in the classroom; I have sent him out of classroom times without number.

After the term was over, when everything had gone down, one of the staff members confessed that he was the one that did it.
Since it happened, we laughed over it and forgot.
After three months, I was happy that he confessed that he was the one even though the cleaner was not aware that the real culprit was caught.
But since then, the cleaner and I are not in good shape; though I did not fight her but tried to keep my distance away from her.

Jumping to conclusion is not a good idea; case should be thoroughly investigated before jumping into conclusion.

I stand up for success, and success is not achieved by merely making mouth, No room for laziness, no room for idleness. Success comes to the people who are desperately and consciously searching for it. When it seems unsuccessful or you smell failure around you, never discourage yourself from being successful.
