Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge: Weak Magic

Hello friends and @splinterlands lovers across the world, how are you doing?
Weak magic rules is one of the @splinterlands rulesets. Weak magic doesn't allow magic monsters to directly attack the health of a monster if the monster has armor. Instead of damaging the health of a monster, the armor will be first destroyed if the rule is activated.
That is the reason whenever I want to play this type of battle; I used monsters with protection such as Venari Wavesmith, Ferox Defender etc.
This is one of the monsters that used to come to my mind whenever I came across the rule. We all know that no matter how heavy the magic attack may be, it must first damage the armor. That was the reason I used Venari Wavesmith in the battle.
You could see it was very difficult for the opponent monsters to eliminate my monsters.

Amor monsters🪖; that is my second choice of monsters. Monster with armor 🪖ability such as ***Swamp Spitter ***kept on repairing the armor of Torhilo the Frozen was not easy to eliminate.
Monster with poison and affliction abilities: a monster like Doctor Blight 🤮🤮is very sweet to use in this type of battle rule. The reason I did not use Doctor Blight 🤮🤮was because of the high number of mana given to me.. if I used Doctor Blight, 🤮🤮o will still have more mana left in this battle.
In addition, I needed all monsters in my lineup; and I couldn't replace anyone with Doctor Blight🤮🤮.

✅✅Rulesets☑️☑️

Reverse Speed: Monsters with lowest speed attack first and have the highest chance to evade attack.
Because of the reverse speed rule, I refused to come to this battle with high speed monsters such as Djinn Oshannus, Kulu Mastermind and Deeplurker. Without this rule I would have used those aforementioned monsters in this battle.
In addition, I would have used a summoner that gives+1 speed to all friendly monsters. I knew if I used the summoner, I might not win the battle. This was because it was stated in the battle that monsters with highest speed have the chance of evading attack.
Opponent Deeplurker was missing the target 🎯🎯 due to this rule. I believe without this rule, it would have damaged the armor of Venari Wavesmith when it attacked it, and also when it attacked Torhilo the Frozen, it would have damaged its health. But, the reverse speed made Opponent Monsters miss the target.

Loss Legendaries: legendary monsters may not be used.
No wonder! Legendary monsters were not available during battle arrangements.

Torhilo the Frozen

Torhilo the Frozen was a perfect monster for the first position. The following are the reasons:
That was the only position Torhilo the Frozen could attack. Aside from first position, it wouldn't be able to attack in any position except its lead.
Speed of Torhilor the Frozen is the best for this battle. This was the reason it was the first monster that attacked in this battle.
The speed of Torhilo the Frozen made it perfect for this battle.
High number or armor: melee, range and magic attacks have to destroy this high number of armor before damaging the health. Therefore, I have confidence that something must have been done to opponent monsters before Torhilo would be eliminated.
The melee attack: 4 melee attack was big and very good.

Neridsa Tridawn

The reason I selected Nerissa Tridawn was because of its speed and magic; nothing more!
And I was also sure that if Torhilo the Frozen eventually got eliminated in this battle; Nerissa Tridawn's health would have made it stay longer in the battle. My strategy was to make my frontline stronger since the battlefield is the front in most battles I have fought here.
Fortunately, Nerissa Tridawn did not lead the battle.

Sandworm

Splinter: Neutral
Level: 2 ⭐⭐
Speed: 2🚤🚤
Ability: Sneak
Health: 6❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
Armor: 2🪖🪖
Attack: Melee
Mana: 9
Sandworm's heavy Melee attack drew my attention.
Well! I knew the mana that was given unto me could accommodate monsters with a high number of mana. It was also clear that the sandworm's health is not that high: therefore, it was very fast to attack.
The sneak ability was also helpful, damaging the armor and the health of an opponent's monster from behind.

Venari Wavesmith

Level: 4⭐⭐⭐⭐
Speed: 3🚤🚤🚤
Ability: Protect
Health: 4❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
Armor: 2🪖🪖
Attack: Magic

There was no way I wouldn't have needed Venari Wavesmith because it is very important to me. Venari Wavesmith was a lifeguard against opportunity monsters. Without this monster, after the elimination of Wave Brood, other monsters with the smallest health would have been destroyed by Deeplurlee.
It is not only good for 'weak rule', it is also good for other rules in the splinterlands.

Swamp Spitter

Splinter: Water 💦💦
Level: 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Speed: 3🚤🚤🚤
Ability: Repair
Health: 5 ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
Armor: 4🪖🪖🪖🪖
Attack: Range
Mana: 7
No matter how strong was Torhilo the Frozen; without Swamp Spitter, Torhilo the Frozen would have been eliminated. Swamp Spitter kept on repairing the armor🪖🪖 of Torhilo the Frozen.
Even though my opponent used magic monsters, it wouldn't have been easy to eliminate Torhilo the Frozen. This is the reason Torhilo could not be destroyed in this battle.
Without Swamp Spitter, Torhilo the Frozen wouldn't have reached round 3. Opponent's Sea Monster had 6 melee attacks while Flying Squid had 4 melee attacks. There was no way it could have reached the third round except one of the two! monsters miss the target.

Wave Brood

Speed: 1🚤
Ability: Taunt and close range

I called Wave Brood 'sacrificial lamb'. My plan was to use it as a sacrificial lamb by making other monsters to focus on it. Without Wave Brood, Venari Wavesmith would have been eliminated in the second round.

🔥🔥Round 1🔥🔥

At the beginning of the battle when I saw heavy monsters that my opponent used; i said in my heart, if I win, it is luck.
With what my opponent arranged, winning the battle was luck. The level of his monsters and a summoner were too far from me. Therefore, I lose hope of winning. Until I watched the battle to a certain round, that was when I was sure of my victory.
In round one, no monster was eliminated. But the health of Sea monster 🦞was greatly reduced: I was very sure that Sea monster🦞 would be destroyed in round 2.
Also, my Wave Brood was poisoned by Deeplurker. I knew it wouldn't last long.

🔥🔥Round 2🔥🔥

Opponent's Sea Monster 🦞and Flying Squid were eliminated. My Wave Brood was also eliminated.
It was difficult to eliminate Gargoya Devil 👿 👿 👿 because Merdaali Guardian kept on repairing the armor of Gargoya Devil 👿👿👿

🔥🔥Round 3 and 4🔥🔥

In Round 3, Demented Shark was.
In round 4, Merdaali Guardian was eliminated.

🔥🔥Round 5🔥🔥

Round 5 was the last round, the rest of the opponent's monsters were eliminated.

In conclusion, what helped me was that I followed the battle rulesets. Hence, I used monsters with lower speed, i used summoner that doesn't give speed. I knew it would be a disadvantage to me.
I made sure I used a monster with protection the moment I saw weak magic, and supported it with a monster with armor repair ability.
