My nomination for the HivePizza contest of the month: @Ayamihaya
It is difficult to find newbies on the chain, we start following people and sometimes we get stuck in the same people's posts. That's not bad because usually, we pick by finger and are good writers indeed. So that's why I kinda understand why the Pizza Community are looking into them. I was a newbie before and was onboarded by the Pizza Community into Hive. I am around a few communities and one that I already expressed my admiration for is the terminal. There you can find some newbies. I try when I have time to go to their support channel for new account posts. But a new user caught my special attention.
É difícil encontrar novatos na blockchain, começamos a seguir pessoas e às vezes ficamos presos nas postagens das mesmas pessoas. Isso não é ruim, porque geralmente escolhemos aleatoriamente e são realmente bons escritores. É por isso que meio que entendo por que a Comunidade Pizza está de olho neles. Eu era um novato antes e fui introduzido à Hive pela Comunidade Pizza. Estou em algumas comunidades e uma pela qual já expressei minha admiração é a terminal. Lá, você pode encontrar alguns novatos. Eu tento, quando tenho tempo, acessar o canal de suporte deles para postagens de novas contas. Mas um novo usuário chamou minha atenção especial.
I started to follow her not long ago, maybe a week? Her hive id is @ayamihaya. Looking at her id I thought that she was Japanese, but nope. She is a regular girl from Bangladesh. Interesting that she looks like a popular gamer in there, so I think that she fits very well in the Pizza Community because of that. Her account was created on the last March 11th, she is almost completing her 6th month around 120 HP. She is doing pretty well posting about lots of things. She is very charismatic so I understand why she is a local influencer. Even being so charismatic she defines herself as an introvert and that's why she always posts pictures with masks. That's how she feels comfortable taking pictures, but she still shows beautiful eyes for sure. Recently she had some problems with not citing some references in a post, but she was well-oriented and made an excuse post to the community. She has been learning a lot with @theterminal and she is willing to grow her knowledge in the chain. It reminds me of my first post on the blockchain I used some pizza pictures from the web and also didn't cite the source. Goodwill users from the Pizza server helped me at that time and I fixed the problem. There is a learning curve in the Hive and I think that @ayamihaya is doing pretty well.
Comecei a segui-la não faz muito tempo, talvez uma semana? O ID dela na Hive é @ayamihaya. Ao olhar o ID dela, pensei que fosse japonesa, mas não é o caso. Ela é uma garota comum de Bangladesh. É interessante que ela parece uma gamer popular lá, então acho que ela se encaixa muito bem na Comunidade Pizza por causa disso. Sua conta foi criada em 11 de março passado, ela está quase completando seu sexto mês com cerca de 120 HP. Ela está indo muito bem postando sobre várias coisas. Ela é muito carismática, então entendo por que ela é uma influenciadora local. Mesmo sendo tão carismática, ela se define como introvertida, e é por isso que sempre posta fotos com máscaras. É assim que ela se sente confortável tirando fotos, mas ela ainda mostra olhos lindos com certeza. Recentemente, ela teve alguns problemas por não citar algumas referências em um post, mas recebeu orientação e fez um post de desculpas para a comunidade. Ela tem aprendido muito com @theterminal e está disposta a expandir seu conhecimento na Blockchain. Isso me lembra do meu primeiro post na blockchain, usei algumas imagens de pizza da web e também não citei a fonte. Usuários prestativos do servidor Pizza me ajudaram naquela época e eu resolvi o problema. Há uma curva de aprendizado na Hive e acredito que @ayamihaya está indo muito bem.
In addition to all of that! She has already 26 PIZZA in her stake!! Maybe she can understand more about the yumminess that pizza can provide in the beautiful community PIZZA server. PIZZA provides more PIZZA with 12% of APR but also we have yummy giveaways at the server. Way to go @ayamihaya you are doing great with interesting posts and learning a lot every day about this new world that looks very complicated in the first steps, but I will tell you that even after 1 year you are still going to learn new things about it. You have a bright future here and now I present to you the Pizza community that can be also a nice place to be and meet other gamers, but also to talk about other stuff. Despite I love gaming as well I don't dedicate much of my time in these games and most of my chat there isn't around games. I even forgot when I last published about games hehe. I hope that you get this 500 HP for a month so you can see what you can do with a bit more HP.

Apesar de eu também adorar jogos, não dedico muito do meu tempo a esses jogos e a maioria das minhas conversas lá não gira em torno de jogos. Até esqueci quando publiquei algo sobre jogos pela última vez hehe. Espero que você consiga esses 500 HP por um mês para que você possa ver o que pode fazer com um pouco mais de HP.

To be honest I am not too much active in discord. But in recent time I seen a message I am from Bangladesh and I wanted to who is that and figured out it's @ayamihaya .I think I read only two posts of her but her writing quality is quite impressive besides I acknowledged she is a gamer. She is exploring very fast and it is also impressive 🙂. I like the way how she is growing. So, I think you nominating the right person 🙂.
