One of the looked-down roles and profession that has been saving a lot of lives is comedy, if you look around the world today there are so many life-depressing situations that we really need the roles the comedians play to forget our sorrows and worries once in a while. I don't know if this fact is true, that "putting smiles on your face makes one looks younger."

Comedy has been in vogue for as long as I can remember, I grew up watching Stand Up Nigeria produced by Bummy Davies, A Night of a thousand laughter these are shows where different talented comedians hold stand-up comedies, the likes of AY, Gordon, Helen Paul, Basket mouth, Akpororo, etc. They were mostly aired on Sunday evenings on a particular tv station, so I and my family always look forward to a relaxing Sunday evening of fun with these stand-up comedians.

The invention of social media has put a dramatic change in the face of comedy now, gone are the days when we have to wait for them to be aired on tv at a particular time, we now use our phones or laptops to watch comedy skits online, which has brought so many comedians to the Limelight, it's gonna be hard to choose a favorite, as these comedians are very funny and talented, I will be listing a few, from the likes of Brain Jotter, Sabinus, OGB, Broda Shaggi, Emmnuella, Mr macaroni, etc.

My favorite of them all is Mr. Sabinus, I'm already laughing writing about him, starting from his trademark blue shirt and black trouser and red tie also, his facial expressions is the best of it all, he delivers effortlessly, his comedy is always straightforward because he doesn't waste time passing across his funny messages in his comedy, he claims to be wise but ends up doing something funny and stupid he ends up regretting and put his very wisdom to shame.😂😂

One skit I can't forget in a hurry is when he was passing by a roadside and saw a group of men eating a very enticing meal of jollof rice and big chicken, without knowing the reason for the event or wait to be invited, he walked straight in, sat down and asked for his meal, which he was served immediately, expectedly, he became excited that his wisdom prevailed and without wasting time, he started eating and finished his food. It was after his meal he discovered that he wasn't eating with real humans, but it was already late for him, to find out what happened to him next, you can check out the link above, and trust me, you will spend hours going from one of his videos to another, as I mostly get engrossed and carried away with a lot of hours passing when I start streaming them either on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook.

He is a good artist and his creativity is always top-notch, well drafted scripts and quality delivery and I have never watched any of his videos without laughing before, during, and at the end of the video, all these qualities make him my favorite of them all.
