Personally, I don't think there is a stop for investments. Even the richest of people find new investments every single day because no money is enough. They try their best to become richer. As someone who is working towards being rich or let me say wealthy, there is a constant need for more investments. And if you don't have any investments and you're looking for ideas, then this post is definitely for you.

One of the most important investment you can give yourself is education. Thankfully our parents helped with that even before we were able to make decisions and choices for ourselves. Education is an amazing investment which most of the times yields lot of profits in future. It qualifies you for more opportunities in life. So if you have passion for what you're studying, please do not give up. Try your best to study to the highest level possible.

Another very important investment we all know about is Cryptocurrency. Being here on hive and blogging on leofinance means you must have known the advantages of investing in crypto. It had made many of us millionaires within a short period of time. If I was told I will make millions within a year through blogging, I would have denied it but crypto made it possible. If you don't have much investment in it, the time to buy the dip is now. We are in the bear market and trust me you want to have as much crypto as you can now in order to gain more when we enter the bull market.

For people that has some cash at hand, I mean a substantial one, you can tie it down in real estate. Houses are assets which generate money over time. It appreciate and imagine how much you will be getting in the next few years? Also you can put it up for rent and you'd be making a lot on it.

If you aren't rich enough to get an estate, you can consider buying a land. Presently, lands are very cheap. You can get land that is still less than 100k. You can get as low as 80k if you're able to search around for it but mind you, don't be too careless to enter the hands of fraudsters. Land appreciate with time and so it makes it a very good investment.

Another one you might want to consider is stock. Buy them and keep them as they appreciate over time just like crypto. But they are not as volatile as crypto. Still it makes a very good investment and one that can be considered.

Gold also makes a very good investments. It appreciates over time and its one of the most common investment between our mothers before. I don't see anything stopping us from investing in it too. Some special and expensive artworks too appreciate with time. Some celebrities tie down their fortune in artworks as they know its slowly appreciating, thus increasing their money value. Now if you don't have that much money, you cam dabble into NFTs and buy into amazing projects. They appreciates over time just like real artworks and you can sell them and make your profit over them.

Finally and the most important, invest in your health. Its when you're still alive you get to reap the profit of your investments. Not just alive but in good shape. If you don't take care of yourself, you won't be able to enjoy your investments which makes everything you work for belong to another person. Don't overwork yourself and forget to take care of yourself. You are an amazing asset who is worth investing in.
