A #wednesdaywalk in the park
A few days ago when I was working from home it was drizzling a bit in the afternoon. When I checked the step counter on my smartwatch after dinner I only had 2500 steps and that is very little. Since the weather had cleared up I went for an evening walk.
One hour and 5500 steps later I also captured a lot of nice photos which I'm sharing with you today for the #wednesdaywalk initiative.
Within the urban neighbourhood are a lot of beautiful trees. There are a lot of large willows a lot of other trees are in bloom.
There is an abundance of pink blossom flowers which is a beautiful sight.
The local park has a path of crushed shells. You can see it's spring because the bushes are turning green again. Only the treetops are still leafless, but it won't be long until this path will turn into a complete green tunnel.
You can see the result of the heavy rainfall a few days ago. This tree was already uprooted, but the puddle of water is from the pas few days.
A bit further on in the park I spotted these jelly ear fungi on the trunk of a dead tree.
The floor of the park is filled with numerous bluebells which makes it very colourful.

Awwww I so love the abundance of the pink blossom flowers. The photography is so superb and I felt like I am traveling around your place my friend. Beautiful greens and warm blossoms are so beautiful, and a great step count, my steps have bene terrible for a couple of weeks now not sure I have got anywhere close to 5K steps lOL

Now I know most only post once a week using the Wednesday walk tag or community and I truly appreciate that and love visiting the posts so for most of you you can ignore the next sentence
I try and be nice and let people know via a comment to only post once a week, but some just abuse it and to me spam multiple posts a week, after asking nicely a few times and being ignored, this morning I regrettably had to mute a couple of people who were spamming the Wednesday walk tag
