LPUD: Increasing My Leo Power and the FreeCompliments Curation Account’s Leo Power! March ‘24 Edition

Here we are in the middle of March already! It’s the 3rd LPUD of 2024. Let’s jump right in.

My Own Leo Power Up

We’re going to start fresh calculations and comparisons from this month, as I’m staking all $LEO rewards from my delegation! Thus, in these monthly posts, I’ll only be powering up the liquid $LEO which I’ve earned. This month, I earned 153.799 LEO.

Now let’s stake these!

Powering Up the NEW FreeCompliments Threads Curation Account

I’m all about building up the FreeCompliments community (as if I haven’t made that blatantly obvious over the past year). We recently opened the fc-leo-curator account, specifically dedicated for Threads. You can read more about it here.

We’ve had a good start here, with 2,136 LP plus an additional 20,000 LP courtesy of @anomadsoul, for a total of 22,136 LP. We’ve been curating and posting reports of Thread of the day, so our current sources of LP are from a combination of curation and votes from posts. It’s a modest start, but growth is growth!

Let’s stake this now.

Don’t forget to use the #freecompliments tag on Threads, and keep in mind that higher quality content will get you some sweet curation!

Powering Up the other FreeCompliments Community and Curation Accounts

There are still several other community accounts sitting around and curating on our growing curation trail (which you can join here to earn 1 HSBI per month)! Among them are the major token holders @hive-140084 and @fc-curation. Let’s power them up.

First, the main community account – we’re adding 11.375 LP! It’s a bit lower than last month, but this is largely due to changes that have taken place in how LEO is reward over the past month.

Next, @fc-curation.

We’re adding 1.445 LP this time around. A tiny amount to be sure, but these are all curation rewards just from posts (many of which are not posted from InLeo)!

The other accounts contain insignificantly small amounts of $LEO (don’t worry I staked them too!).

All slow, steady growth! With $LEO’s price increases, it may be difficult to sustain these numbers, but we’re going to keep pushing forward and earning, earning, earning!

The Future

The Leo Power journey for the FreeCompliments community continues, but is still just at the very beginning. We’re going to continue growing our LP and distributing curation in ever-increasing amounts. We’ll also curate posts and comments directly in the community – the same accounts will be used, so if you decide to go into the community, you’ll also be earning Leo Power as long as you post from the InLeo frontend (inleo.io)!

Conclusion

This power up day has been successful! Next Leo Power Up Day, we’ll power up even more Leo so that we can support all of our growing Hive and Leo family. Let’s keep roaring, Lions.
