Santa Cruz Visits Our Home

Hope all is good and safe😘🙂🙂

Yesterday was the Feast Day of my mother's birth home. We didn't got the chance to went to Bohol this year to celebrate it, because were planning it next year.

And on the other part, that day it's always our schedule to give a snacks to the kids of our Santa Cruzan Procession. So yesterday I ask my co-worker to exchange a shift. My duty is supposedly afternoon shift, so I asked her if she's not busy I want to be on morning shift so that I can prepare a snacks for the procession at night. Thanks God she said yes.

So as I got off at my work, I saw my cousin. She will accompany me in buying those snacks. We went to the nearest grocery stores here in our town. We canvass first before we decided what to bought. And at last we bought "rebisco biscuits" and I will make a juice.

After that we went home, and start to make juice so that we have more time to make it cold before we distribute it at night.

Then the night came. The procession arrived at our home and we widely open our home to welcome the Santa Cruz. The kids together with the adults sang the Santa Cruz Hymn. After they sang I told one member of the youth that they must distribute it here. So I give them the biscuits and juice so that they can start to distribute it to the kids and adults.

I'm glad all of them recieved it. i thought It's gonna be shortened, but it is more than enough. After the distribution they fall in line again and walk again to the next home who has also a schedule for that night.

I am so blessed, grateful and thankful that the Saint Cruz visited our home again.😘😘😘
