What do you see bear or build

I was discussing with someone and we talking about the prolong of the bear market and he said bear market is a time of building your portfolio and I strongly with him.

Bear market is a period or time to build your portfolio. What you believe you see and what your mind and action will go for . Some investors hate to hear bear market and the moment they hear bear market they begin to create fear in themselves and start to panic and because what they see and believe they quickly sell off their crypto soas not to be affected by the bear market.
Through the comment of @whatsup on my post she said we should look at the unit and not the dollar aspect during the bear market. This helps us to know that the unit we bought is still there and later it will raise again.

Bear market is really a period to build up your portfolio and not the other way around.

You're so Right, Bear market isn't only for building portfolio but it's always a great time to build (project development).

unit we bought is still there and later it will raise again.

I always count satoshi and so everyone else.

Tracking growth is important to many so they feel successful and can track account growth, but in the bear season if you track price it can be depressing, so I always encourage everyone to track UNITs. How many X do you have and watch that growth number instead!
