We are having a discussion in the office with my colleagues and we are talking about what can make us to have more customers and to trade and buy our product and I told them about having a good relationship can also help us to have more customers to come and buy our products.

Customers are very important in business and taking care and attending to them very well and making them to know they are number one makes them to feel relax and even if they complain about one product or another , attend to them with respect and gently this can help to make us to have more customers.

When we attend to customers very well , they are the ones that will advertise your products to others like their friends and family.
