Are you tired or stressed out of work and life due to lack of progress in what you do? Then you need to separate yourself from people to reflect and evaluate why you're not making significant progress in life and career.

RETREAT may be defined as a limited period of isolation during which an individual, either alone or as part of a small group, withdraws from the regular routine of daily life, generally for religious reasons.

During this period, retreatants interrupt their ordinary routine, break off regular social relationships, and (except for those who already live in monasteries or the like) withdraw into a solitary place or to a special building set apart for such purposes. This isolation, as well as the interruption of social intercourse and ordinary life, is adopted as a condition that enables individual retreatants to enter within themselves in silence, in order to establish contact with the divinity or with the world of the spirits.

Having an effective daily life in this economic meltdown is very difficult to maintain and many have fallen into depression and frustration when they couldn't meet up with their family bills.

One of the best way to overcome those pressures is to go for a retreat to reflect on what they didn't do within the said period of time. Reflecting and evaluating ourselves to get back into track in order to do better.

Evaluation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis gives you an opportunity to correct your wrong and do better.

Many retreats are done for religious but it can cover all aspects of life and career. Take time to retreat, reflect and evaluate your day to day activities and you'll get better.
