Chasing finance isn't bad at all in this economic meltdown and hardship that is ravaging people from all over the world. Purchasing finance or money has course meaning many to find themselves in depressive mood and stress-related a sickness.

Many people have neglected taking care of your health most especially their mental health and this has cost many to go insane while others are mentally derailed but still feel healthy and fitting into the society.

Mental health is very important and in all your choices make your mental health your priority because if it is affected it could stop every other aspect of Life from moving forward. When you are in a tight situation and do not know what to choose please choose your mental health and do everything to preserve it because out of it are issues of life and preservation.

What is mental health
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.

The above definition shows the holistic nature of mental health and why it's important we choose it first at all times. For instance, it affects the way we think, feel and act.

Why is mental health important for overall health?
Mental and physical health are equally important components of overall health. For example, depression increases the risk for many types of physical health problems, particularly long-lasting conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Similarly, the presence of chronic conditions can increase the risk for mental illness
